This visit, I got 4 regular sweaters and 1 cashmere sweater dry cleaned (~$29 total). Though the prices aren't super high, it is higher than bigger cities for sure. (Every time I've had things dry cleaned here, I could never figure out the prices since their prices are not listed online...) Staff is pleasant and efficient for the most part. Drive up service is convenient, and they're early open (7:30 AM) makes it easy for busy people like myself. I know that there have been a number of people that say that their clothes come back still dirty, and I cannot say that i disagree. Ive gotten things back that look like that haven't been cleaned yet, and I've also gotten things back where studs or other embellishments were loosened. Apparently, they have a disclaimer that should be stated to you when you drop stuff off with things that may potentially be loosened. HOWEVER... I've also gotten things back that look fantastic! (Especially in cases when i point out stubborn stains to them) Overall, I will be back. May be out of choice, or out of necessity (due to lack of options)... But will be back nonetheless.

I had brought two dresses to be hemmed and altered as advertised online as a service provided. The employee stated that they could complete that service. After having the dresses pinned (which the employee did not seem comfortable doing), I was given an estimate of $100 for both dresses. Upon returning to pick up my dresses, the charge was $165 (much higher than estimated). Upon trying one of my dresses on, the shoulder straps that were pinned in order to be taken up still had the pins attached to the dress (the straps had NOT been altered). Both of my dresses were also hemmed unevenly. After calling the store and stating my problems, the store did not apologize and stated they did what was requested. In an attempt at an apology they offered me a coupon to use at a later date (which will not be used since I will NOT be returning).

I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. After being shown clothes that were not cleaned properly they are not reimbursing my money and the manager is not returning calls! I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. Clothes are returned dirty and employees do not appear to care about the quality of their work. We have been customers for over 2 years, however we will not do any more business with this company
