They carry frozen meat products, as well as cans and dehydrated (and freeze-thawed!) treats for your furry friends. We dropped by today to get some more treats, as well as a tiny Kong toy and some dental sticks. My dog personnally (doggally?) adores some of their chewing sticks. It's more than half her length and she runs away with it as soon as it lends in her paws! As for the dental sticks, well good thing they had different formats (small, medium and large bags) because I picked the smallest bag for her to try. She gave it a single lick followed by a disappointed snort. Oh well.

And it is a small store, but they once gave me a can of food to have my pet try, so they will always be in my good books. A few years ago they let me in the back to visit the kittens and I had a great time. They don't do that anymore, but the memory is wonderful and that makes them wonderful.

Since I was only in quickly for a small specific item, but in a short time I had a fast look around and noticed the shop looked very cute and pleasantly laid out. Not a huge space, but seemed to have a good selection of supplies. The staff were welcoming and friendly and fit well with the boutique feel.

Two women employees were talking about their love life for a long time. Everyone in the store was staring as well. They have decent prices and now with new ownership comes a discount points system - which with the cost of pet supplies is well appreciated. Keep up the improvements. You can see that the new owners care to make the shop more clean and organized. They also have a cool wall of pets displaying photos of many furry satisfied pets.

The staff are very nice and attentive and they take great care of our boy. They have incredible facilities as well (both outdoor and indoor). A peek into the file they have on our dog showed us just how attentive they really are - apparently Fozzie does not like being sprayed with the hose in the summer, he only likes mist. Amazing.

He is another member of the family and we wanted only the best for him, somewhere where he would be spoiled and pampered. We found Muzo online and it looked great. When we dropped Owen off we were not allowed to see the grounds which should have been our first indication that something was different. Owen was there for a quick four days. When we brought him home we noticed dried blood and dozens of scabs on and around his head and neck and tiny swollen bumps all over his belly. The staff hadn't mentioned anything when we picked him up so we called several times, each time we were told that the management was unavailable. None of our calls or messages were ever returned. It turns out he had contracted a skin infection while he was there. Vet bills have cost us upwards of $1000 to get rid of this infection with testing and constant antibiotics. This place is far from cheap. We certainly expected better care and service and our calls have still not been returned in regards to all of the cuts and scabs on his head. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be going back to MUZO!
