Was having a hard time finding an Acana distributor in my area that had more reasonable opening hours (and less staff attitude). The staff were welcoming but not overbearing. Open to helping but not trying to push sales. Very knowledgeable and straight forward but without the attitude that I find comes from most other pet food "boutiques". I left with food and treats knowing that I can order in my food next time around with a simple phone call. I was also impressed with their offerings for everything from obedience training to cat boarding. If I were stuck with no one to house sit I would certainly feel at easy dropping off my little monsters. read more

This spa is so amazing, they treat our dog so well and he looks and smells great after his grooming. He is a bichon mix and has a very particular look I like and only they can achieve it. Everywhere else made him look different, I never liked it. But spa 4 pattes makes him look his best, white and fluffy. He's so happy when we drop him off and pick him up there. We've been to many different groomers and this is by far the best. Give it a try! They changed locations, just up the street now 2039 rue lapierre. read more

One of my cats was groomed and I had to take him to the veterinarian. After his appointment he was limping horribly. His soft tissue was pulled and the vet put him on medication to ease his pain and hopefully he will get better. He has never limped in the past. The salon was not sympathetic toward the situation. This is very upsetting to see him like this. I do no longer recommend this salon. That is, If you love your pets as much as I do! read more
