They said the restroom is behind those doors glass door I went in, came back out, grabbed the water out of the fridge that they have they give to people and then one of the agents came asking who I am what was I here for and then she proceeded to say you can't grab those waters. Those are not for y'all. Those are for our workers and the people that work here and let me just say the office is open concept that they have like snacks on the island and I grabbed the water and I put it down whenever they started questioning me as to the reason why was I here and I told them and they were super weird and rude about it . And then I went outside and I sat down at the rocking chairs. I have outside instead of going to my car and then the leasing agent came out, walked to the parking lot. And acted like she was going somewhere then came back around looking at me

When I first came to this are for a local refinery project we stayed at a couple different hotels…read more then when the project got extended we moved to these fairly new apartments. We all have the 1 bedroom apartments and everyone that's on our crew enjoys them. They have newer washer and dryers in each apartment (saves lots of $$ on washeteria's and time). Ours came fully furnished, which was nice, but you need to go to wallymart, etc to upgrade the bedding. The airconditioning worked well, even in the 100+deg days this past summer. Havent tried out the heater yet, but assume it'll work just as well. The pool and rec areas seem to be maintained very well also. The outside gazebo and 3 pit bbque area is also nice, but can get a little crowed on holiday weekends. If and when I ever return to this area for more then a couple weeks I will stay here again.

It was the worst in the closet, but bad in the living room & kitchen too. When I say ALL my clothes / couch / anything left in reach of the vent had mold I'm not exaggerating. They came and changed the vents even after I told them it was most likely in the air ducts. All they did was clean & change the vents. Guess what? Mold starting growing out of them again. They do have a maintenance man and they are responsive so that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Overall super unhappy with the mold experience and having to throw things away / wash everything I own in our new house. Also, they nickel and dime the hell out of you. Find somewhere else to rent! EDIT: if I could give this place LESS than 1 star I would. After moving out we got a bill of $600 for them to CLEAN. Apartments always clean after people move out. They charged me $50 for a "hole in the wall" which was literally a hole from a SCREW. And a $75 fee for a "full clean"??? And seriously charged multiple other fees for different cleanings but also a full clean. Seriously FUCK this place. Do not go here. RUN!!!

This is the first apartment that I have ever stayed at in my adult life and can tell you that I…read morehave always been terrified at the thought of becoming a statistic like everybody else in the sense of their car getting stolen, their apartment getting broken into while at work or even mugged out in the parking lot. During the course of my 4th month here I have not heard anything about break ins, cars getting stolen or mugged in the parking lot......I think I've been living in Houston way too long. This complex is very conveniently located on the intersection of Highway 347 and Jimmy Johnson Road (Where there is a whole sleuth of apartments, apartment ally?). Five minutes and you are at work if you work at the Sunoco Refinery Project and a two minute drive to your local HEB. Rent for a one bedroom suite averages to about $530 a month give or take a few dollars. The Asian office manager at that time is pretty pleasant and will explain the details of the rent contract to you. The complex is usually always clean, trash is not thrown around, there isn't anybody trying to show the world that they have a bumping system in their car and no "up to 6 a.m. parties" with wall crashing music to put up with here. Every tenant I have seen here seem to be the working class type of all races. The dumpster has never over flowed, something that I've heard of a lot in other places. I'm almost going to miss this place when the project ends and I have to go back to Houston but what would highly recommend this place to anybody that asks me. I just do not feel the "bad element" here compared to the other places I've heard about. Unit #19 has new carpet by the way *wink*.

Wish I could give them ZERO! We got the keys after 4pm on…read moreFriday, moved in Saturday evening after work. It is now Wednesday evening. The place is HORRIBLE. There are broken doors, screens, vent covers, dirty/painted and missing electric covers and light switches. Ripped linoleum, broken garbage disposal, leaking pipes. Fixtures broken and missing. Carpet and drains were full of hair. Food particles in the carpet throughout. Too many holes and patches in the walls to count. Cheap and broken cabinets. Interior doors broken and overpainted to the point they don't work correctly. Patched doors. And the worst of all they ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! They say they sprayed last week befor we moved in. They came in yesterday and sprayed again (we witnessed) and today the roaches are still coming out of all crevices. They charged us for Friday and Saturday rent and have offered us a 300$ discount on August rent... 300$ when we have to have the big guy come at least twice, the cleaning lady come, and maintenance come god only knows how many times... they advertise luxury apartments??? LUXURY? This is a 600 apartment at best. I'll give you 650 because they have a car care area and assigned covered parking. I have been all over the nation. I have NEVER seen a bigger disparity in the quality to price ratio of a rental!
