They want to grow old in place and it is a tremendous relief to know they are not doing this manual labor on their own. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! They started out okay but quality of work and ability to communicate gradually deteriorated. By…read morethe end, they wouldn't return calls to their place of business or return emails. They did work whenever they wanted, not giving any timeframe whatsoever, for instance, trimming trees months after I had requested. They didn't even do things that I asked for multiple times, such as mulching the property. They kept billing me for services provided that I had paid for even after I had paid and provided them with copies of cancelled checks showing that they had been paid. Workers were ok but were often off-putting and didn't seem to care about what the property needed, only getting a job done and getting out. We had an issue at the beginning of the season from some damage they caused. I guess they didn't like my side of the story, and instead of trying to strengthen the relationship with the customer and work things out they did the opposite. I'm guessing that is why the communication became atrocious. The reason was either that, gross overall incompetence, or both, and all three options are bad and warrant staying away from them. I am very disappointed in their work and disturbed by their behavior. I have never written a negative review about any business, but the lack of professionalism I received after asking a simple question about when they could get to our house for some work - the owner's response was that he was terminating services with us effective immediately, via text (he didn't even have the decency to call). Unbeknownst to him, I was already interviewing prospective landscapers for next year. He made my decision to hire a new landscaper that much easier. I have never dealt with a company that didn't want to resolve an issue, but instead chose anger to impulsively terminate services, unlike us, who were going to respectfully honor the contract until the end of the year.

But please understand that all said and done no matter how clean and neat the service is there is and will be some minor things left behind. Like a nail or two maybe some unseen gutter clips. This is expected and I'm glad I hired this company. I strongly recommend them for your household needs. They completely trashed my garden. No one was there to answer, or even anyone in charge. They destroyed a mature eight year old 5' high Hydrangea bush by my front door. Surprise surprise, as I am writing this, yet another large empty box of roofing material has just been thrown and falls right by my bedroom window. The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. This is unbelievably surreal and negative experience. I guess They pick up these men on the side of the road on the way to your home. No one to answer for what they do, no one cared. Do not waste your money.
