He promises a lot, but delivers little. He will lie to you and does poor work. My concrete cracked in two places and he cheated me on rebar. Had to repair my roof two or three times for a leak he had trouble fixing. Some of my shingles still do not lay flat. He was pouring cement in a form for a step in garage. Form started falling apart and employee attempted to beat form back in place. In doing so, the new cement on the floor was damaged.He did say he would refund $300.00 to help with cost of epoxy repair of damaged cement on garage floor. Business notified 2 times and has not sent check as of yet. I had to pick up over one pound of roofing nails after he was done with the roof. I would not use this guy to pour concrete for a dog pen or shingle a dog house.

The only problem we had was communication. They are very hard to reach. Their office clerk Mandy, was extremely helpful. The telephone goes to voice mail if she doesn't answer, but she does call you back the day she gets the message. Usually the next day. They're lucky to have her. The Gutter Guys came out to replace it. They did a great job of replacing and cleanup. We highly recommend Gutter Guys for your home or business issues. They do professional work.

I have been in the construction industry for 30 years as an electrician. I have seen many things…read morebut this experience ranked with the worst. Damaged brand new shingles and fascia. Tried installing new gutters without repairing roof or drip edge and over bare fascia without notifying me there was no fascia metal under existing gutters they removed. Damaged their own product and left it installed. Sent a bill after forgetting half the downspouts. Relocated downspouts after being instructed twice and then tried to patch. I had to make them comeback 3 times to make repairs to a new installation. I hired them to install fascia metal because I knew that was not part of the price, but they couldn't even install that properly. They were hired through a general contractor who finally got tired of me complaining and decided to pay them and finish the repairs themselves because they were tired of dealing with them. $4,000.00 worth of work that someone else had to finish. They even tried to charge late charges before there corrections were even made. I would not hire these guys to put roofing or gutters on a dog house. Stear clear of these morons. I only gave them 1 star because it did not give me the option for none!

Upon settlement he Only wanted to include the verbal that benefited him and point to the contract when it didn't. Caulk isn't correct. Slider wasn't installed correctly at first. Vinyl plank floor installed incorrectly. They got paint on my new floors and brand new fixtures ( didn't tape or cover anything). Sanding of skim coat was not thorough. Very difficult to work with, always blamed the products instead of accepting responsibility. He blamed his sub-contractors on multiple occasions, even trying to charge me for correcting their mistakes. Damaged new appliances when installing. Now, he's paid in full and one of his sub contractors just hit me up for payment. WTF?

The job was completed in the timeline I asked with excellent craftsmanship and a lot of hard work. I will be hiring him and his team again and again.
