We went over and Roy let me use his 9mm. He set me up on the range with a target and gave me some personal instruction. On top of that he didn't want to charge me anything. You won't find a more accomodating person and I can't wait to go back and spend time at his range again.

I have been to this range on several occasions. The first time was for a first shots rifle class many years ago with my girl scouts. They were interested in trying the class. I was really scared though as i had been scared of guns my whole life. Coming out of the class though i felt more educated and found i did enjoy shooting. I came back for a first shots hand gun and first shots shot gun class. And also enjoyed their annual rimfire carnival one year. They limit their membership to 800 folks and sign up/registration is the beginning of august.

It was a calm bright summer day- beautiful on the lake but it can make for slow fishing in mid-summer. Jed got us on fish, bite was slow but steady. I would highly recommend Jed and I look forward to fishing with him again!
