When the flowers arrived they were horrible/dead looking. One Lilly in the center was ok, roses and carnations dead and broken stems. I called the next day and kept getting a recording that the mailbox was full. I decided to drive to the location 25 minutes away with gas $4 a gallon because the flowers were that bad. I thought I would give them a chance to fix the problem and see how bad the flowers looked. The location was a very old small house on a dirt road with no sign of being a business. Avoid this so called florist at all cost. What a shame.
