The spring rolls were good but cold and greasy. The butter chicken and curry were good but cold and greasy. The biryani was dried out and gummy. The Szechuan chicken was cold and dried out. The mango pudding was good but the milk balls have a weird texture but the syrup was good. They use plates and silverware but styrofoam cups and cocktail napkins. In fairness to them, they restocked the buffet and I sampled the naan, Szechuan chicken and spring rolls and they were much better. Problem is I can get Szechuan chicken and spring rolls at any Chinese buffet.

I could see international bridges, the Rio Grande River, and the historical downtown. Laredo was a very international and bilingual city. I loved the city. There was no restroom in the museum. This place is a new…read moreattraction in our city of Laredo, and you can learn about the water, its uses, how our city manages the water and information about the water plants that clean Laredo's waters. It has also history of the river, and the water resources, and interactive quiz to find out how much water you use, and how much water you have in your body. The fact that children can touch and learn, makes it a museum kids friendly. It is free right now, I'm not sure if it will continue to be free, but you can always call and find it more about it. Our children had the opportunity to do a scavenger hunt where they had to find answers for questions, and at the end they got a price. I will add a photo with the schedules.

Everyone is socially distanced and the bingo caller reminds people to leave their masks on. The building is large enough to be a roller rink or a polka hall, decor from the 80's.
