The specialty here seems to be bacalhau - they have about 4 types on the menu and will recommend it to you if you ask. The menu is almost entirely seafood.
I was in a group of six, so we ordered two portions of the bacalhau. There was a couple sitting at the table next to us who shared one portion, but two were easily enough for all six of us. It came with rice, potatoes, vegetables, a risotto-type dish, and the bacalhau. Overall it was OK, the bacalhau was very dry and didn't have as much flavor as I was expecting and honestly thought it needed salt.
The restaurant is kind of weird too, there are lots of bare walls and random decorations that give it an odd vibe. Most of the clientele were dressed up, especially the women, so this probably isn't the kind of place you want to go to in shorts and a tank top.
Overall, OK but nothing great, especially because the prices are too high for what you get. read more
