Fender agreed that there is something wrong as the ukulele was built in feb and it's march 8 today so not even a month old from its manufacture date but still Kenny wouldn't do anything but blame me for how I teated my stuff. The staffs knowledge is that of one who read the display stand in front of them. When asked about things they didn't have in the store it was like talking to a deer in head lights. there are a few other places in grand forks and I highly suggest do yourself a favor and shop there.
