The woman on the phone told me that those pictures weren't anything the shop had made and that they didn't have those flowers. That was concerning for me as they are posting other work as their own, but I was already ordering so I continued with it. Before delivery and tax, I spent $60. I worked as a floral designer for several years so I know generally how pricing works with flowers and arrangements and knew what to realistically expect for that price point. What my grandmother received was definitely not a $60 arrangement. It had a lot of greenery, but only had a few flowers. It was poorly designed, sparse, and did not look good. We were disappointed with this, and I called the shop. I asked to speak with the manager and she wasn't in. I got a call back from the owner yesterday (Tuesday) and she apologized and said she would send a replacement bouquet today when she got better flowers in. My grandmother received that bouquet today, which was worse than the first. This time they used 3 carnations, 3 stems of daisies and 3 roses. Again, poorly designed and sparse. Definitely not worth $60 and was extremely disappointing. Using this florist felt like a total waste of money. If you're looking for a florist, I would recommend trying one of the many other ones in Grand Forks. Wy's Floral will not have my return business.
