DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be overcharged and blamed and yelled at for it. I went and wanted the basic "express" pedi and got acrylic nails set. They ended up charging me for some deluxe pedicure. The manager even confirmed she knew I asked for the basic. She blamed me saying I didn't speak up when I was getting the deluxe and I told her I did. I asked the guy going my feet if this all came with the deluxe and he said yes. So then she said he must have not understood. She refused to change the pricing to what I asked for because I got the deluxe. She then promised me a $17 discount (even though I was being charged over $34 more. When I looked at my receipt she only gave me a $13 discount. I paid over $140 for acrylic and pedi!!! I called back and she yelled saying I can go back and they will show me the cameras where she said I'd be paying $17 more than original (that math doesn't add up). She was loud and aggressive when IT WASNT ME WHO MESSED UP. She told me she would Zelle me a refund and texted me but never followed through. Stopped responding. To top it off I wasn't happy with my nails! Update: I spoke with the owner and she apologized for how she spoke and did refund me the $17. I came in for a manicure, the tech cut one of my fingers, didn't shape the nails evenly, proceeded to apply gel. Gel was piled on with visible bumps and layers, and painted poorly with wonky lines along cuticles. I had to wait for an hour for another technician to remove that off my hands and file my nails correctly. That gel disaster wasn't getting off my nails easily, as a result my nail beds feel sore from all the additional filing, one finger is infected due to the cut. That was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon, period. Manager offered 10% discount for my bad experience. read more

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars but one star will have to do. My wife went there for a manicure and basically had one of the worst experiences in her life. Her nail tech was rude, impatient, and basically left her feeling ashamed and humiliated. Manager on shift was near throughout this whole situation but did nothing to chill her employee out. When my wife's friend went in and chewed the manager out she didn't do anything. Asked what she should do and when asked for a refund she refused. Tech only did 4 of her nails before she refused to do anything about else. Refund is absolutely necessary in this instance since the service wasn't even complete. Top it all off the manager had the nerve to bring up that the tech was angry that she was "misgendered". Wife apologized when it happened but the tech had an extremely thin skin and took it all out on my wife. I'm sorry but if you look like a female (technically are a female) and don't tell your customer how you preferred to be addressed then it's your fault. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon! I remember when they first opened and was happy that another nail salon opened on the west side of Temple. I've been going here since they have opened. I truly hate leaving these type of reviews. unfortunately I was being overcharged by the owner Taylor who I've known for years and even followed from shop to shop. she was up charging me every time I saw her but becausw her work was good I didn't complain but this last time trying to charge me $168 for my feet I will never ever recommend or go to this place again. Make sure to review your bill! she will charge you for length even if short, charges for shape even if just square. Also throwing in extra $5 special fees for whatever. just greed simple greed. read more

Came for a pedi which was fine. For me the initial greeting seemed very dry but the worst part is upon leaving there was no thank you or come again. I've been to plenty of other nail salons that at least extend the proper courtesy upon arrival and exit. I've been here a few times. The technicians are nice, and my pedicures have been good. BUT, the music they play is extremely annoying. They play annoying remakes. I had been going to this mail spa for quite awhile. At first it was top notch. However I feel the quality of service has declined as well as cleanliness. Have only used this place for service. I noticed a spot on my toe and asked the young lady what it was and what's caused it She declined to answer and continued to do my nails. I had my mails done again a couple of weeks later. A gentleman did my nails when I asked him he showed me a product for fungus removal and I had it on two nails. I of course googled the cause then started to look around. None of the tools were being cleansed. Not placed in autoclave.they are reusing tools on others. Needless to say. It will be a long while before I return. The staff are nice. But the health department should be notified regarding infection control and proper cleaning of equipment between consumers. Infection control issue for sure. read more

Not that great...the polish chipped the same day and for gel it's and extra $20. Also, I took my 4 year old and she got a pedi too, but they didn't treat it like a normal pedicure. I had to ask them to fill up the water basin for her feet, they told me it would be too hot for her...(well then cook it down) and her polish came off the same day on both her hands and feet. They didn't massage her legs or anything like she's gotten before. Personally I'm not a fan, felt like I wasted the money and my 4 year old said that it was weird. Yes she's gone to get pampered a few times and she didn't like this one either. This was the 2nd salon I tried after moving to the area & it'll be my go to place from now on!! I requested the classic gel pedicure ($54) as well as a full set of pink & white acrylic nails ($69). I was a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon & was immediately greeted by Bella w/ a smile. I was then immediately seated, asked what I wanted to drink, & Bella quickly started on my hands as John began my pedicure. They were both gentle, efficient, detailed, & extremely polite & professional. The salon was clean, comfortable, & I was able to get a full set & pedicure in an hour! I felt very relaxed after John did my pedicure & am extremely satisfied w/ the shape, length, color, & durability of my acrylics that Bella did! The only reason I left off one star is b/c when I called to verify the cost of pink & white full set acrylic powder, I was quoted $59 & their website also lists $59. When I asked why the total ($69) was higher than expected, I was told that the shape costs $10 extra (the shape I requested & received was a tapered square). I was disappointed that my total was higher than anticipated, however, I was told that the extra cost for shape is only charged when getting a new set but a fill would be $54. read more

The vibe is off. I came here once and I will never go back. The owner is very sweet and welcoming but her employees are not. The tech I was assigned to was asking me questions (normal small talk) and directly after answering each question she would say something in a different language and someone else would laugh and respond in the same language. It's an okay place. The people are friendly, but they are too expensive for the gel polish to peel off so easily and within a couple of days. I made an appointment once with one person and because they were behind, I was assigned to someone else, and My nails were not cut down as I asked, and they were not shaped properly. One finger was burned and another was cut. I have tried them a few times before writing a review. I will say that I have never been disappointed with the pedicures I have received. read more
