The only complaint I have is that for $30 less you're at a nicer spa with an esthetician and for $20 more you're paying what you would at Woodhouse Spa. I wish this location was nicer to match the prices, I'd go nowhere else if that was the case. Unlike my previous visits, Gaby did not step out of the room to give me privacy while I undressed -- she simply told me to take off my pants and stayed in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. During the process, I was on FaceTime with my boyfriend (camera facing only my face). Gaby made an inappropriate comment stating that I needed to get off the phone because clients become extra dramatic when they have an "audience." I found that extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm an adult and I know how to conduct myself. When she inspected the area, she questioned how long I had let my hair grow, and even after I clarified that it had been 2.5 weeks, she continued to argue with me. I asked her directly if I should reschedule, and she said it was fine -- but the end result proved otherwise. The waxing session was rushed, lasting barely 10 minutes. After saying "ok," she just walked out without any follow-up or indication the service was complete. I paid $85 plus a $15 tip out of courtesy, but when I got home and checked, I was shocked to find large patches of hair left behind -- the job was incomplete and sloppy. My vagina looked like Cynthia from the Rugrats. I attempted to contact the shop multiple times afterward to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to another esthetician and paying again to have the wax corrected. I've been a loyal customer in the past, especially when Norma was there, and always received quality service. Sadly, that level of professionalism and care seems to have disappeared. I do not recommend this place anymore and will not be returning.

I paid $80 and gave a tip to be injured and insulted by this business owner. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews about Gaby, the owner before coming here. This was my 3rd time here in 2 months. There are tons of other options in Killeen. Definitely, find a better one. The store front looks nice but it is lip stick on a pig.

The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.

Pricing is a little bit higher than I'm accustomed to: I got a spa pedicure for $40 (cuticles, callus removal, massage, sugar scrub, hot towels and paraffin wax), my daughter got a kids pedi for $20 (basically a foot wash, clip and paint) and then I had my eyebrows done for $13 - came out to be about $80 after taxes. Yikes...the same is about $20 less at the place we normally go to in HH. But okay...Tiffanie did a good job on my daughter's toes and a fabulous job on my eyebrows. What should have taken an hour took nearly two - and not because they were super busy. Tiffanie started my nails after doing my daughter's, and then hopped around to different customers who arrived before and after me. So I waited a little while and Misty ultimately did my pedicure. Now...she was super sweet, but she too hopped around to different customers. She talked my ear off - I feel bad saying that because she is so sweet, but I'm trying to relax. I didn't know how to say so without coming off as rude. Her overall pedicure job was okay, but the paint job isn't great - even after she cleaned it up. I think she didn't wait long enough between coats and so it's drying funny, and then it's not as neat looking as I would have hoped. All in all...I'm not sure I will be back. Maybe for eyebrows...
