I'm not sure…read moreif the if the management or administrators the over see this Mental Health department are aware of the type of care and treatment patients are getting here, but I can assure you that what I was put through by some of the nurse/staff here was absolutely morally wrong and very horrifying. I urge the hospital administration to thoroughly investigate the monstrous type of behavior of certain staff/employees and take appropriate action to ensure such an incident like what happened with does not occur again. Because I know I was not the first to experience this type of treatment and if no one steps in to intervene and solve this problem, I won't be the last. All staff members should be adequately trained in de-escalation techniques and compassionate care, particularly when dealing with individuals experiencing mental health crisis. There is no justifying the negligence of professional nurse/staff that have studied and trained for the position they're and in, and care little about the duties and responsibilities that come with that position.

She actually treats the patient. Not like the many doctors in Miami that just care about $$$. She truly cares for her patients and wants the best for them. She delivered my son and the birth was sooo graceful and perfect. I'm a wimp and terried of pains fb the whole birth process she was soooo calming and did everything right. Dr. Lissette Molina, M.D. really is the nicest gynecologist! My vitals were always good, so it was very odd that i was not losing any weight. I finally decided to go see Dr. Keshavarzi and it was the best decision that i could have made. He made me feel so comfortable with my decision to have surgery. Since day 1 him and his staff have been so transparent, so supportive, I knew I was in the right hands. When the surgery day finally arrived (10/1/2020) I was not nervous, because i knew that i was with one of the most qualified surgeons in South Florida. Within two hours of my surgery I was up and walking. I had very minimal pain and was completely amazed by how small the incisions were. After my 1 week appointment my incision glue has fallen off and it is truly a work of art. 1 week post surgery and I barely have any scars. I have lost more weight that in the past 2 years.
