Each adjustment was EXACTLY the same as the prior appointment. I have been to many Chiro places and it didn't help. He primarily treats with something called the Tonal Method (research it for yourself) which is extremely mild. No bone cracking. In fact, he has many patients in their 50's and 60's. In my case, I am 27 and I had been to 5 other chiro's, D.O's and M.D's before I was recommended to Dr. Kojis. I have had scoliosis for a long time. Between the nature of my job and not finding the best treatment to fix it, I met Dr. Kojis with much pain in my neck, back and not much hope left. X-rays lead him to know exactly how to treat me. I started with 3 treatments a week which grated, after my insurance stopped covering my visits, it became kind of expensive. But, what price would you pay to get your life back? It's been 10 months now and it worked. My life is back to normal and I can work without any pain again!! Dr. Kojis himself is a joy to be around. Once I got to know him, I found he has a great sense of humor. He has a very calm nature about him. He instills confidence and is very informative. As you lie face down on a message table, they will rub small movements to different parts of your back, etc. The idea is your body has the ability to heal itself. Sometimes it just needs a nudge to clear up any congested areas that aren't working properly. The treatments target the nervous system to help stimulate proper use out of your muscles to support your bones. Lot's of info. But I really hope this helps.
