It had the opposite effect of what I assumed, causing my bill to go up and not down like i thought it would, so he saved me a ton of money just like that ....... I had been really ill and out of work because of it. I went to pay not realizing I was short. She was so kind and understanding. Wouldn't even let me pay her back later. We tried to switch our home and auto with the help of Heather Winters only to find out she is a liar and thief. She couldn't even be professional enough to call, instead she sends an email with some BS. Then I get an email saying they would refund the full amount. Now she says no refund. Only two were my fault when I rear ended someone and another when my car rolled forward into another vehicle The others involved a deer, an object on the interstate at night, me being rear ended which had to be settled in court and another vehicle hitting me in a parking lot. The ~$14,000 paid during this time is significantly less than what I have paid in premiums. More proof that using insurance is harmful .... despite paying for it.
