I am still sitting in the office as I write this review. Correction, I'm still sitting in the lobby. In an uncomfortable chair, as is my mother. They have had her standing in the lobby for almost two hours asking questions and for personal information as people walk in and out. She was not taken back to an office. She's been left standing here. A co-worker walked in and made a comment to her "oh you had to pull up a chair huh?" To which I replied "well, we weren't expecting to be in the lobby for an hour. Tina never called me back so later Saturday afternoon I called her and she said she was not available yet but if she could get to me before dark she would call me back. Otherwise, she said she would see me on Sunday. It is now Sunday evening and I have not heard from Tina since Saturday afternoon. I called her several times and left a message but have not received a return call from Tina. If she didn't want to do the job she should have told me that in the beginning and I would have found someone else. My advice is - If you want a job done, DO NOT call TLC Professional Services.
