Worst experience with an insurance agency I've ever had. I was deceived from the get go but still…read moresigned up. I made it clear i do not want any type of device that monitors my driving and i do not want an app. I got a quote and signed up. A couple weeks later I get my the device and I'm told "whoops, your quote is with the device". Fine, whatever. Then over the next 3 months, I get emails about my billing changing, my drive safe not working, me needing to take additional steps on the app. All things i asked explicitly not to do. Then I started getting two separate charges instead of one. I was told that State Farm is figuring out its billing. Then today, I am charged extra $25 because of a renewal. Nothing in the app, which i was required to get, explains the increase. At least that I can see. I don't know if it's statefarm that can't figure this out or if it's this office, either way, this experience is terrible. I'd rather pay more at a professional, honest agency. Now I have to go through the hassle of cancelling. I am so tired of talking to Josh every 2-3 weeks because of another issue and being told "well corporate".

He is now getting my benefits while I am receiving nothing other than checks with his name on them that he refuses to cash unless I give him half. This is a nightmare, run from this agency.

David has always been…read morehelpful in the past but this year I have been disappointed in their customer service, determination to complete the task at hand and take responsibility for lack of concern. He is just a sales agent he told me, not an adjuster or an advisor for Allstate and that he can not help us with an ongoing claim of over 5 months. He can't even make a phone to Crash Champions who is their top go to service business. Vehicle has been at the shop since Feb 7,2024- today July 26,2024 still there. Story changes every week on what's going on :(. Can't get this resolved and he just hung us out to dry :(. I have left Allstate for me but, I have paid full coverage for a vehicle that's been in the shop almost 6 months . Crazy! Please make sure you research their process because you will be left out in the cold!
