He is just a sales agent he told me, not an adjuster or an advisor for Allstate and that he can not help us with an ongoing claim of over 5 months. He can't even make a phone to Crash Champions who is their top go to service business. Vehicle has been at the shop since Feb 7,2024- today July 26,2024 still there. Story changes every week on what's going on :(. Can't get this resolved and he just hung us out to dry :(. I have left Allstate for me but, I have paid full coverage for a vehicle that's been in the shop almost 6 months . Crazy!
