I found out two months later that I owed them for cleanings that were never agreed to, and the owner came and changed my filter without my presence, which might have been better had he made it known in advance the actual day and time so that I could be there to pay attention to it. Ian personally checks the equipment from time to time--pump, filter, heater, salt cell--and has caught small issues before they became big repairs. During rainy stretches and algae season, they adjust dosing and brushing so the water never turns. They've cleaned the salt cell, backwashed when needed, and even spotted a tiny air leak at the pump lid that they fixed the same day.
