There were multiple weeks where no one showed up, yet the service was still billed. When you're paying a company to maintain your pool, you expect reliability and honesty. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Communication was poor, and getting a response about missed cleanings was frustrating. If you're considering a pool service, I would strongly suggest making sure they actually show up before you commit. Paying for services that aren't performed is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Their scheduler Kelly knew what the repair experts were doing and was able to find someone to come over and fix the problem. The technician solved the problem with my garage door and then managed to fix some small issues with it that I'd been ignoring. For example, the door squeaked and creeped when it opened and closed, so he made some adjustments and it's now quieter than ever. He even replaced a burned out bulb in the door opener mount. Overall, two thumbs up.

It's because the assistant to the plumber, that I've trusted for years, didn't use something that he should have in between 2 dissimilar metals. So the laws of alchemy apply & corrosion happens. Their prices very reasonable, & I would hire them again, without hesitation. We got their card at the local Family Christmas extravaganza festival, & that impressed me that they would participate in that, because it helps to build our community up, here in Palm Bay.

He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work! This is the company I've been looking for as I now know a genuine honest and experienced plumber for a reasonable price! Needless to say I'm not looking for additional plumbing issues, but when I do, I won't hesitate to contact them, and heartily recommend Sembler and Sons plumbing!
