After getting the vehicle back, we had noticed that the battery had went bad (Larry's had it towed back to them, and they replaced it, and even worked with the other party's insurance about it). If we are could rate Larry's employees and service a 10 we'd do it! After we were in a hit and run on Christmas Eve, I looked up reviews online and found Larry's Collision & Truck stuff. Our van was drivable, but as with all newer vehicles, the collision sort of exploded all the plastic on the front quarter. We stopped by Larry's and they went out of their way to tape the remaining pieces together so that the van remained drivable while the insurance work was done and parts ordered. They went out of their way time after time to deal with some awkward issues and delays with our insurance. They did it all. They were professional and helpful and did an absolutely fantastic job. They immediately offered a loaner before they even knew whether we had that on our insurance coverage. I cannot recommend them more highly. I hope not to have to deal with any more collision issues, but if we do, we will go there. We will also be patronizing them for other things to do with our vehicles which they cover. We've already made an appointment to have an unrelated issue checked out next week! read more
