Not wanting my crack on the windshield to get any larger, I drove into Safeway to see what they would recommend. I found out that my insurance would cover the repair, but it would need to be approved, and paperwork completed, etc..... Anyway I was in a hurry and really didn't want to go through the whole insurance process - so they offered to repair it right away for a really reasonable price. I was ready to go within 20 minutes. I was told about how he showed up without an appointment and expected them to just cater to his needs and that he didn't like being told he had to wait, even though it is their policy for an appointment so someone can be with him during the inspection. It also took him nearly eight days to turn in his estimate which I feel is ridiculous and believe he took his time on purpose to be childish and spiteful. (Just my opinion on that matter.) With that being said, I had a great experience working with Jamie and Brandi in the office! They were always friendly when I called or was in the office and explained the entire process to me, as well as keeping me up to date along the way. The repair from hitting a deer looks amazing! My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier!!
