Someone recommended we try BG&S in North Platte, and they agreed to fix it, so we had it towed there. When James found out we were stranded far from home, he got us back on the road in a couple of days! We even have a warranty with the rebuilt transmission they installed that we can use in our home state. The price was very reasonable, and James explained to us in detail how and why our transmission failed, and gave us pointers on maintaining our "new" one. These guys really ARE good at what they do!

We called manufacturer and learned Steele had the windows. Steele only scheduled the installation after we called them and lit a fire. Steele also damaged the brick exterior during installation.
