The only problem was we continued to have water behind the driver's seat as before. They had us bring it back in to find the problem. Long story short the problem was a blocked drain tube (and nothing to do w/the top). They were so kind and went over and above to correct a problem which wasn't in any way connected to the top replacement. The Miata drain tubes are hard to get to and it took them a lot of time and effort to get to them and clean them out but it was done...for free...and with a smile. I hope we don't need their services again anytime soon but would recommend them to all!

He clearly changed the name , Hmmm So I contacted this company's owner Jared Yali , because his website said he was a certified Ceramic Pro installer. I retired from Ceramic Pro 6 years ago. I was one of their first installers and was also a rep for The East Bay area in the San Francisco Bay area. I know the standards of what it takes to truly become a certied ceramic pro installer. Which include correction of surfaces to be coated ( he never cleaned my rear glass ) and it has hard water spots under the Ceramic Pro Kavaca tint. When I picked up my car , the tint looked great from the outside and being late in the day I drove on back to Florence to my retirement home. Then the next morning drove out to Bend for a long time friends wedding. As I drove I started noticing bloctches on that back window and started to wonder if he had installed the tint wrong ! I drove home yesterday from bend and it's clear that he didn't clean the rear window at all before applying the tint ! Also When I originally called him about Ceramic Pro Kavaca tint , he said he was certified in applying it . I asked about what percentages he had available ( knowing that 35% was the max legal tint in Oregon for passenger cars ... My Tesla model 3 ) but he said he puts 5% on cars all the time. When I showed up at the appointment , he said what tint did I want , I said I want to what's legal and he said you can do what ever you want and you won't get pulled over but I need you to sign a waiver for him installing the illegal tint ! I did sign the waiver, but then almost immediately decided I wanted the 35% tint to stay legal. He kept my waver but installed 35%. I hope you realize that by him knowing that any tint on a sedan darker than 35% is illegal and the reason he has a " Waiver" he clearly unknowingly. Implicates him self and his company in Illegal practices, so each person he's tinted illegal tint on, he's an accomplice to the illegal tint application ! He will be forever associated with doing illegal business practices ! I ended up at getting the 35% tint and got it on all windows except nothing on the windshield the bill came to $660 and I gave him a $40 tip as it looked great on the outside and rounded it to $700. While at his shop he said he'd email me my receipt . The receipt came in his text as $595 yet my bank shows the $700 from my card. Seems like not only does this individual do shoddy work he practices illegal business practices with his Illegal tint,and He's splitting his customers payments to avoid I assume higher taxes ! Yesterday before We left our hotel in Bend to come home from our friends wedding, I texted him a request that he fix the poor job on the rear glass. So his reply came several hours later stating that my Tesla was really dirty and He couldn't get my windows clean . Remember his shop is a detail shop , ( who takes a clean car to have anything detailed on it ) Unbelievable ! He also blocked my number so I couldn't reply back to his very unprofessional reply refusing to fix his shoddy work ! So moral of the story is to RUN from this terrible excuse of a "detailer" ! I will be notifying the powers that be in regard to Ceramic Pro, and the tax board! I highly don't recommend his crap service to anyone , Ever !

It was time for my Honda's 100,000 mile timing belt change. This sounds like one of those things that Honda people just know. Timing belts, come to find out, aren't cheap! Being on a budget, I did my homework. Prices ranged from $700 to $1,200. Good gawd, I'm not wanting to buy a new kidney. My roomie, a retired VW mechanic, told me about James and Garage 808. He uses him exclusively for his Honda. I was wowed by the price that I was quoted. I called and set up my appointment and was very happy with the service. James is very nice and even showed me the Honda parts that he was going to use. Again, being the chick in the scenario, I have no idea what the parts were but I appreciated him trying to educate me. It has been about a month now and I've had no problems. In the mean time, I have referred two other Honda owners to James and I'm sure that I will continue to do so. Nice job, James. When getting stuff done to my car, I'm more concerned with making it all look as stock as possible, while making the beastie boys sound like they were meant to when I'm lugging my sorry ass up and down I-5 3 times a week. Living in Portland, we've got dozens of stereo installation options. After asking around, I made the trip south on a word-of-mouth recommendation. Sure, Soundsational does a lot of highly custom stuff, but they won't go all crazy if you'd rather they not. Looking for a clean sounding system and a stock look? no problem. Want some proof? Ask for a tour of their shop. They've got some highly custom stereos going into some completely remodeled vehicle interiors, and they've also got quite a few very modest installs like mine. A peek into the back of the shop will show you their custom box-making area, complete with some really nice fiberglass work. As for quality of work; it's where they get my first 5 star review. After a recent installation, I had to fix some wiring in my dash. Upon a brief inspection, I found all of their work to be wrapped and neatly run to the different components. From the work they've done, it's clear they care about the job they're doing. After the sale? I really don't think for them there is one. I made a quick call with a question on some wiring they ran for me, and they were more than willing to talk me through what they'd done, as well as an explanation of how and why. For the sake of improvement, I believe it's important to be critical of *something* with every review I write, but I can't for the life of me come up with anything I'd change with these guys. As long as they keep up the good work, I'll keep taking my cars to them.

Turns out it was from the people who stole it, slinging gravel in a flatbed. Made them pay for it Ridiculous that an RV would have 44 defects in it brand new. Even more ridiculous that these idiots would keep it a year trying to figure it out. I'm not talking to anything major or structural.. When I pick the unit up, they had a fat bill attached to it. What's that about? It's under warranty. Incompetent rip off artists Stay away Edit: in response to the "business owners" comments. Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. Archer Bros took my hum-drum 2013 5.7 4x4 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Long Bed and gave me back an…read moreabsolute behemoth. They installed a BDS 7in lift and mounted Nitto 37x13.5-20 wrapped around KMC Rock Star IIs. They were kind enough to call me through the build processes so I could take some photos of the transformation. They worked on my truck as if working on a family members vehicle with impressive attention to detail. When we (wife and I) first saw my truck pulled out , my wife was simply speechless as was I. It looked beyond amazing. They made sure that there were no clearance issues with my wheels. I've driven around town to and from work and my truck gets crazy attention. I've got a few more things I'd like done to my rig and I have absolutely NO RESERVATIONS ABOUT SPENDING $$$ OUR BRINGING MY TRUCK back to Archer Bros as they've treated with complete respect. My truck rides like a Cadillac, looks like a juggernaut and I have no regrets having Archer Bros doing the work as they performed stellar work.
