DO NOT BRONG YOUR CHILD HERE. We were running late for an appointment (our fault) so I called…read moreright at the scheduled time and asked if it was still okay to drive there for the appointment. the receptionist told me there was a 15 minute grace period and as long as we were within that we were good. So we wasted gas driving there and I was standing in front of this woman within that grace period. She told me unfortunately because it was almost the end of the grace period we had to reschedule. I mentioned that I had called and been assured it was fine within 15 minutes and that the 15 minutes was not up. And she shrugged. Then when we rescheduled we saw the dr and we needed two prescriptions filled for our son for two different purposes. I noticed only one was filled. I called to ask why and they said the appointment was for one at a time. The asthma meds were filled but if I needed the other filled i had to bring my son to a second appointment. This was not at all what the doctor said at the appointment originally. It was nothing but problems with these people.

Avoid This Clinic at All Costs…read more If you are considering becoming a patient here--or are already one--look elsewhere. Our family has been with Complete Children's Health for over a decade. Our youngest has been a patient since birth. Despite our long-standing relationship, we've been repeatedly lectured about COVID vaccines at nearly every visit. Vaccine decisions are deeply personal and should be left to the parents--not pushed by medical staff with an agenda. No one should be pressured, guilted, or shamed into making medical decisions they're not comfortable with. Our children are healthy. They do not suffer from chronic illnesses, and we do not believe in scheduling arbitrary or unnecessary appointments just to satisfy a clinic's policy. Yet Complete Children's Health enforces a rigid and unreasonable requirement: yearly physicals for every child or the patient is deactivated. That's not just inconvenient--it's unethical. This is the kind of profit-driven policy that contributes directly to the healthcare crisis in our country--padding insurance billing with unnecessary visits, inflating healthcare costs, and driving up premiums for everyone. Even worse, when our children actually needed care--for ear infections, sinus issues, or other routine concerns--we could rarely get a timely appointment. The wait was often days or even a full week. Instead, we were forced to turn to telehealth services or urgent care clinics that were more responsive and effective. So, why didn't we comply with their policy of frequent checkups? Simple: they weren't available when we needed them, and when they were, they pushed unnecessary visits rather than prioritizing actual care. We are done. We will be finding a practice that puts patient health and parental rights before billing quotas and insurance kickbacks. Choose a clinic that values trust, access, and ethical care--not one that treats your children like numbers on a spreadsheet.

He explains everything clearly and always makes us feel confident in the care our children are receiving. The nurses and front desk staff are also friendly, organized, and professional. Scheduling has been easy, and the office runs efficiently. It's clear that everyone genuinely cares about the children and families they serve. As parents, having a pediatrician we trust means everything. We highly recommend Dr. Helms and the entire team at Lincoln Pediatric Group to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric care in the Lincoln area.

No issues with the providers, but office communication / process is almost non-existent…read more My kid has needed routine labs drawn every 6 months for the last 10 years for 2 specialists that she sees from Children's. It costs almost 3 times as much to get labs done at the specialty clinics, so we have always asked for the orders to be sent to LPG to save us cost. For the last 3 years, EVERY time we need labs, it's a major struggle to get it done. When I ask the specialty office to send orders over, they are very prompt and verify with me that the orders were sent. When I call LPG to confirm receipt of orders, I'm told that yes they have the order but when I arrive the same day for the lab draw, they can't find the orders and ask ME to call the office back to re-send orders. Then we have to come back or wait (sometimes upwards of an hour) until they get the orders. So I started asking the receptionist to confirm the actual names of the labs ordered before we show up - she couldn't tell me for some reason and I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes so a nurse could read them off to me? Then when labs actually get done - they don't send the results back to the doctor who ordered them. So we had to sit in our specialist's office for another 15-20 minutes so the poor nurse there could make multiple phone calls to track down the results after being told that LPG "has no record of labs being done here". I tried multiple times to leave a review on their website - I get a "server error" every time I try to submit. Almost seems like they are trying to prevent anyone from leaving a negative review... I'll probably look into getting her labs done at at hospital like Bryan. Again, the provider we see now is ok (we miss Dr. Dews!) but the admin communication is a enough of a nightmare that I'm considering switching to a different office. And of course, their office manager's contact info is nowhere to be found on their website.

I took my two year old son to Dr. Koch for a well-visit check up. My son cried in this new place and at the stranger doctor. I would think many two year olds are fearful of doctor offices as they relate them to vaccinations. At that age, they get shots nearly every visit so it is understandable my son was scared and crying. Dr. Koch, however, was not understanding at all. He told my son to stop crying, put him in a time out in the corner on the floor of the exam room, and proceeded to give me unsolicited parenting tips about how he raises his kids. He went on and on about his philosophy of time outs and said nothing medically pertinent about my son. He had the "my office, my rules" mentality. Meanwhile my son sat in his diaper on the floor, confused, scared, and wanting me. I felt like a horrible mother and I will never go back there. My son was crying, that's it. It's not his place to discipline my son. Period. If you can't handle some tears or noise from a child, don't be a pediatrician.

I went to her for about, a year and she seemed to be OK but still continued to talk about herself most of the time. Once in a while, I would actually get answers to my own questions, but when she started to address her own political views I had had enough. She and I had differing opinions, and when I told her it made me anxious, she simply continued to talk about how she disagreed with me. That was it. I told her I thought these appointments were supposed to be about me and told her I had had enough and I hung up. I did call the office manager and reported her. However, I made another appointment with another therapist, but that visit only lasted once with one therapist and she left. The practice . Now I have my third therapist appointment next week we'll see how it goes. I've already met with my medication specialist, which is different. I've never been offered that kind of treatment and I've been going to see them for years. If this therapist doesn't work out, I'll never go to them again. I may be an idiot for staying with them so long, but Dr. Duffy did such a wonderful job diagnosing my dad.
