Their online payment process is very easy to navigate, and once partial down payment was processed our job was put into the schedule. Our salesperson (Jim T.) kept us up to speed on schedule updates and once our time came, he notified us, let us know the field tech's name (Austin from GR office) and when we should expect him to arrive. Our field tech (Austin) was very prompt, polite and professional. Within a few minute overview to explain our needs he went right to work and I left back to the office. All work was completed the same day and what a fantastic job Austin did! Everything was all put back together and work area was all cleaned up so we could hardly tell anyone had been there. However a lot of my former customers have reached out to me DISPLEASED with the work they've recieved to the price and "professionalism" this company claims to carry. Claiming they're hard to get a hold of and even stating the company said to go ahead and have someone else install the fence. This company has a 50ft minimum which isn't usually a big deal however they don't tell you about it. Meaning if you only need 30ft you're still charged for 50ft and they take 20ft back to the shop with them. Your hard earned money, then they will use it on another project elsewhere claiming it's "donated" by the company for being such a wonderful person or whatever. In my time there I've watched them fire 3 install teams and refused to fully compensate 1 of the teams. For reasons unknown to me. This company claims to have donated to places, though when I was called to a "donated" location because the fence failed I found out quickly that only the labor was donated (the cheapest part) however the owner used recommended fences through the company. I'm embarrassed to have worked for this company and sold through them. The profit margin they claim is 22-38% however it's closer to 100% they claim they use "weatherables" material but the material I've seen used and picked up is from stevensville. The leadtimes they promise are bogus as they can not keep install teams. I hope this finds its way to someone who really needs this insight and this was save someone from months of headache. As per one of my previous customers stated "this is the worst experience I've ever had" save yourself the 10,000 and go elsewhere
