They finished my son's basement and did very good work. I hired them to install a tile floor in my…read morebathroom, front entryway and vinyl in the kitchen of a rental unit I own. The entryway tile was perfect. There was a flaw in the bathroom tile installation which they tried to correct but ended up adding a different shade of grout caused by the amount of water used. They failed to patch a gouge in the kitchen vinyl and laid the new vinyl over the gouge which now shows through the new vinyl. They promised to add a thin layer of grout over the bathroom tile to make it all one color. I called them twice, sent a letter and followed-up with an email over a six month period. As of today, i have received no response. I could not recommend them at this time based on their lack of customer support.

He offered his opinion but deferred to our preferences and worked to find ways to make our project less expensive. In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality.
