Also, I noticed the person preparing my Big Mac was not wearing any gloves. Yikes!!! The employees seem annoyed by the sight of a Gringo in their presence, even though I was soooo polite and appreciative. I would just tell American and Canadians not to bother and just steer clear. Spend your Pesos somewhere else. I wish the employees cared a little more. This place could be a much better experience even if they tried just a little harder!

Another unsatisfying point to denigrate is that the time to wait from the time that you order the food, to the time that the food is done and delivered is too long for this place to be called a fast food restaurant. I mean, usually fast food restaurants take about 10 ~ 20 minutes for an order to be done, but Kentucky Fried Chicken takes from half an hour for minimum, and up to an entire hour, if the restaurant is in the peak hour. It might take more time than an average fast food restaurant, and obviously way more than an average restaurant. If you have time and a lot of hunger, i might think it is a good place to buy their food, but if you don't, it may not be the greatest option.

After 45minutes of waiting and going back and forth, he said his boss checked the camera and I left even after waiting half an hour for 2 burritos, so I get no refund and no burritos!! But be careful of the crocodilo... of course, it's by the lagoon. The place itself is clean.. and the lagoon is clear water too. Now the food... it's as simple as, I can dine in this place everyday! It's not that expensive but the presentation, the service and the taste is like a 5-star fine dining restaurant. Even the drinks! I ordered their clam chowder (you can see in the attached video on how they served it), lobster tail wrapped with bacon, my hubby ordered salad (which was also excellent presentation), and steak.
