I've only started getting care here in May. I'm currently pregnant with my first and everything is so new to me. Keeping things stress free as much as possible is super important. I will update my review as time goes on but I want to share my experience STARTING care here... When I first found out I was pregnant, I was overseas on my honeymoon. When we got back, I immediately went to calling around to find care. I was about 6 1/2 weeks at this time 1. My primary recommended care with a certain office- they were fully booked...couldn't help me. This was after about a week of waiting for them to get back to me with a response ** 2. A coworker recommended a specific doctor that was within network, I called and managed to get an appointment. The day before my appointment they call me to tell me they changed how they bill and are out of network now. My appointment was ultimately cancelled... All I wanted was to hear my baby's heartbeat and to know if everything was ok so far. I started crying while frantically searching for the next office to contact. When I called Las Brisas... the receptionist was so patient letting me get through my tears explaining my struggle and how I JUST had an appointment for the next day that was canceled. She scheduled me approx same time same day and reassured me I was in network and that Dr Chiodi was indeed accepting new patients. I was expecting another rejection and instead she made it sound easy peasy. I'm due for my 16 week check up soon and am just relieved I have care with a clinic that seems to put people first. I understand reviews seemed mixed but I have received a different experience so far and I look forward to welcoming my baby boy into this world. read more

From finding out I was pregnant and being in their care throughout my entire pregnancy I felt so taken care of. Dr. Chiodi and Dr. Tran are the sweetest loving and caring doctors ever. I mean that. Having them be my doctors throughout my pregnancy and delivering my baby via c-section was a great experience. They always cared about how I was doing, seeing them day 1 & 2 post birth was also nice because you know they want to make sure you're doing well. Their staff is also sweet and supportive! This has been an absolute horrific experience. I've faxed and emailed and called requesting my medical records be sent to me. No response. Since you replied promptly to my previous yelp review, I'm attempting to make contact on here. Please, I need my records. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant. The only office willing to accept a 37 week pregnant new client, Riverside medical clinic Murrieta, is unable to see me until January 21, 2026, at which point I will be over 39 weeks pregnant. Additionally, the baby has been measuring over two weeks ahead, which raises concern about delaying prenatal care until that date. I do not feel comfortable or medically supported with this gap in care so late in pregnancy. I also need to clarify the reason Las Brisas cited for termination of care. I was informed that this decision was based on the belief that I went over two months without prenatal care. This is inaccurate. On November 25, 2025, I attended a fetal assessment appointment that was ordered and referred by Las Brisas OB/GYN as part of my prenatal care. During that assessment, I was advised that the baby was measuring over two weeks ahead, and a size-based due date of January 14, 2026 was discussed. This evaluation was conducted pursuant to your office's referral and was part of my ongoing prenatal management. Given these facts, I believe my prenatal care was terminated based on an incorrect understanding of my continuity of care. I am requesting an appointment to be seen prior to January 21, 2026 to ensure appropriate and continuous prenatal care at this late stage of pregnancy. Without timely outpatient prenatal care, my only remaining option would be to present to the hospital's Labor & Delivery department for evaluation and monitoring, which I would prefer to avoid if continuity of care can be reasonably maintained. Given the urgency at this stage of pregnancy, I respectfully request prompt assistance in resolving this matter. At the very least please reply to my multiple requests for my medical records to be released. read more

Dr Tran is my OB. I've been coming here for over a year and have zero complaints. Dr Tran is an amazing doctor that cares about her patients. The ladies at the front are extremely nice. Now, there may be a little wait however this is an OB office and most patients are pregnant. I know when I was pregnant I had a ton of questions at each appointment so I have no issue with waiting. If you're looking for an amazing OB that not only listens but takes action. Dr Tran is it. read more

I have been going here for a few years and recently had a c section with a high risk pregnancy in January of this year. My experience has been good here despite what some of the other reviews say! My experience with this OB/GYN office reflects a pattern of dismissiveness, inadequate care, and retaliatory behavior that directly compromised my prenatal and postpartum treatment. When my employer changed insurance mid‑pregnancy, this office was difficult from the start. They delayed accepting me as a patient, insisting they needed "all" of my medical records. I had them sent promptly, yet at my first visit Dr. Chiodi attempted to order a test I had already completed. When I informed her, she responded, "Well, I didn't see it. You sent over 200 pages." Patients do not control how records are compiled or transmitted, and her comment was unprofessional and dismissive. It also reflected a failure to review my chart -- a basic expectation of prenatal care. At 35 weeks, my baby had not flipped. Instead of discussing options, risks, or alternatives, Dr. Chiodi simply stated that if the baby had not flipped by 36 weeks, she would "just schedule a C‑section." There was no conversation, no informed consent process, and no exploration of my preferences or concerns. Throughout my care, I raised my mental health history, including ADHD, and expressed my desire to create a birth plan. These concerns were ignored. Appointments were routinely under ten minutes, with no meaningful discussion of my needs or the specialist recommendations they themselves required me to obtain. During one visit, Dr. Tran described their practice as the "bread and butter" of OB/GYN care -- meaning, as she explained, they do not go beyond basic, surface‑level care. This was evident in their lack of engagement with my mental health, my birth plan, and my overall well‑being. I ultimately filed a grievance with my insurance due to inadequate communication, failure to review specialist information, refusal to discuss a birth plan, and a planned C‑section presented without informed consent. When I returned for my post‑operative visit, Dr. Tran did not address any of my concerns. Instead, she told me it was "inappropriate" to file a grievance, stated she did not believe my report, and defended Dr. Chiodi by saying, "She just lost her mother and doesn't deserve this treatment." As a case manager, I advocate for people navigating complex systems every day. I have never encountered such disregard for a patient's whole‑person care. This practice functions adequately only when patients remain passive and uninformed. The moment a patient advocates for themselves or asserts their rights, the dynamic shifts into defensiveness, minimization, and power imbalance. This is not patient‑centered care. This office does not perform ultrasounds beyond the initial one. Due to my age (over 35), I was referred to a high-risk specialist. At that appointment, I was told the baby was measuring more than two weeks ahead and was instructed to follow up with my OB for a confirmation ultrasound to determine whether my due date needed to be adjusted. When I returned to Las Brisas for this follow-up, the doctor appeared unaware of the high-risk ultrasound results and it seemed they had not reviewed my chart, as this was the first time they were hearing that the baby was measuring over two weeks ahead. I was then told they do not perform follow-up ultrasounds and was sent away without any next steps. This lack of coordination and follow-through was frustrating and concerning. read more

Before I went to my appointment I was getting directions on Google Maps and happened to read the reviews. There were a few people who seemed very upset with the service they received which made me wonder if I had made the right choice. I figured since I already had the appointment I would go and see what the office was like first hand. Right off Ashley at the reception desk was super nice. I kept waiting for something negative to happen. It was just the opposite. And I didn't have to wait very long to get called in to an exam room. While I was waiting for Dr. Tran, I thought back to those negative reviews and I thought that this was where the problem was going to be. Complete opposite! It turns out that some of those reviews were unnecessarily critical. Dr. Tran couldn't have been nicer. She is down to earth and talked to me with respect in a friendly manner. She immediately solved a problem I was having that my former doctor completely missed. She's extremely smart too. I will be happy to continue seeing Dr. Tran and highly recommend her. Las Brisas OBGYN and Dr. Martina Chiodi for refusing to provide care after I left an honest Google review. My review simply noted that the clinic's posted hours on their website and phone operator did not match their actual hours -- I had tried calling during listed open times, but the office was closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. About a week after posting the review, I finally reached the office and scheduled an appointment. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from the front desk stating that if I did not delete my review, they would not see me as a patient, and that this was "policy" per my physician, Dr. Martina Chiodi. I believe this is retaliatory and unprofessional behavior, and I am requesting that the Medical Board investigate this matter. Maybe next time apologize for the confusion and update your site and phone recording where it lists the hours because you were in the wrong and my review was very valid . Dr Martina, You have below a 3.5 on yelp and google humble yourself and stop getting offended by feedback and maybe reconsider your business practices. Edit: you like to tussle in reviews Miss Martina. A one star review was my one star experience ma'am. I will find a better office because your clinic is notorious amongst female service members in SoCal who have the displeasure of being referred to your office. There's a whole fb group about it. Dr Chiodi was amazing to me my entire pregnancy. First time mom. I changed OB's at 20 weeks pregnant and she helped me get through the second half of my pregnancy. Her team is so sweet & I could always get appointments within a day or 2; vs other ob's could be months or weeks. Absolutely the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever dealt with. I went in for a visit in April front front office to the Dr. Theresa Tran. I was there for Yeast infection and Breast pain. Dr. Tran came in fast I was trying to tell her about my breast pain, she looked at it and said we'll just do a Ultrasound didn't even touch it, then we moved on the the swab, quick Swab and done. I walked out and remembered Oh I should've asked for bloodwork since I was wanted to make sure all is well. "I'm thinking of all sorts of things like breast cancer" and so on, i didn't walk back in because I had my 3 babies with the sitter, so I figured I wouldn't be a big deal I literally just left. & OMG I was back and forth with the girls in the front/Medical Assistant then Dr. Tran took the phone got to tell me sorry can't order blood work, that will be a separate visit. It's all Money money money. Now this leads to today May 29th 2025 I received 5 separate bills from Quest from that date for almost $200 I was like whaatt!!! How so? So I call them to make sure it was just one swab done the medical records girl said "Yes". So I called quest and apparently they have a singular swab to check for everything BV Cándida and STDs. Okay we did not discuss doing all of that. I simply just wanted a yeast infection swab. So I call the office and I am telling the MA what happened and they could dispute the order and change to just BV code 10016. Basically again with the attitude " She saying sorry I can't do that" that's protocol, that's the swab we use, it's standard. You should ALWAYS discuss to a patient what will be sent out and done before you do it. I did NOT approve any STD testing or anything of that. Why should I be held responsible for the Mistake they have made for not disclosing that 1 swab had multiple panels to it. I would've declined. So she said "I can't help you, let me transfer you to my manager". I guess her manager is a answering machine lol If you want a unprofessional, uncaring and stiff you for your money place. This place IS for you. They don't care about how you are feeling and disregard you. Very rude, can't believe they are still open. I hope this review helps you. read more

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chiodi and Dr. Tran. I am a first time expectant mom and my husband is currently on deployment. On my last visit Dr. Chiodi could visibly see how upset I was and displayed the genuine, sincere compassion and gave me a hug. It made me feel as though she truly cares and is here for me and my baby. Because I was so upset at the last visit, I did not get a chance to ask her the questions I had intended to on my visit. Today , she took the time to listen to each, and every single one of my questions, put my mind at ease and reassured me. I didn't feel rushed, or like my questions were a burden to her. She really took her time and explained everything, and was also flexible with blood testing options. I have had multiple visits now with both Dr. Tran and Dr. Chiodi and I feel very comfortable and confident with both of them to deliver my baby. I think they are very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients and the relationship they build . I am older maternal age and they also make sure that you receive additional scans/ care with a specialist they work closely with. I am on week 25 and looking forward to meeting my baby in May with such excellent Doctors help. I would absolutely recommend Las Brisas to new expectant mothers and all moms to be. Im so happy I found Las Brisas ob/gyn. I came here to get help to get pregnant after going through secondary infertility. Dr Tran ordered me some blood work and a scan to get things started. Once everything was done and came back normal she prescribed me Clomid. Thankfully it worked! I was a little skeptical cause I didn't hear anything about my scans or blood work. But that just means everything is okay. I love how quick and efficient they are here. It's easy to get an appointment and they aren't booked out months in advance. The most I have ever waited in the waiting room was maybe 15 minutes! I'm in and out the office all within 30 minutes. They are also kid friendly and I have brought my daughter with me to almost every appointment. I have seen both Dr Tran and Chiodi. I can see why this facility has such a low rating as it reflects based off the level of service provided starting at the front desk. I came in for my second appointment early (about 30 minutes early) because I changed my insurance. I had been waiting months for this appointment after doing so many infertility tests and having unsuccessful pregnancies. I marked on the sheet of my insurance change even though I provided my insurance change info and number when I made the appointment. They said I did not show eligibility. I called my insurance carrier and they said I am eligible. The front desk refused to call my insurance to confirm. I put my insurance on speaker phone and they were notifying they were the insurance carrier (number on the back of the insurance card) and that they have me as fully eligible. They continues back and forth while the associate at Las Brisas was very rude to the insurance carrier. I returned on the phone and the insurance carrier was appalled at the way they spoke to her and said she had never experienced that level of unprofessionalism from an office. She also highlighted that they are required to call insurance to confirm and the refusal of that is completely wrong. At this point it is 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I say that I can provide a screenshot showing my coverage. Clarissa at the front, mentioned how the insurance carrier her colleague spoke to was "tacky". Which at that point I didn't think was appropriate and said "I could say the same thing." She then said "what time was your appointment?" I said, 9:45. She said "well since it's past your appointment time, we couldn't see you anyways." I said that's why I got here early and provided my insurance information in advance and now that it's 15 minutes past, you won't see me now? She said no and that they didn't show my insurance change on the chart. I did not think that was my fault as I called and provided it in advance. Since the doctor commented on this, again, if she read it, I GAVE MY INSURANCE INFORMATION at the time I set my appointment. It was the offices negligence of not updating it prior to my appointment when I PROVIDED IT IN ADVANCE. I asked for the supervisor and she gave me her card and said she was. You think an office that deals with women, especially women who are having infertility issues, would have some more grace, kindness, professionalism and sensitivity. I have waited for months for this appointment and this journey has not been hard. Treating someone with kindness goes a long way. I will be researching other avenues to file complaints for this office as refusing to call and verify insurance seems quite ridiculous. I would recommend finding another provider and really reading the negative reviews. I read them in advance but should have taken them for what they were. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of this facility! Dr Tran is the most lovely and gentle person who has ever handled my healthcare. After having some seriously traumatic experiences with gynecologists in the past, she has completely turned that around for me. The entire staff here is so kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Tran takes her time in speaking with her patients and I never feel rushed out or disregarded. She is understanding and very knowledgeable. This is so so long overdue! I have met Dr Chiodi in 2018 ,she removed a fibroid that was humongous for me ,not only later on no other doctor could see my outside scar ,but they all complemented me on my uterus (I know ,it seems weird,but they all did ,lol . As a matter of fact ,when I was doing IVF (a year later) ,the doctor asked me multiple times when my fibroid was removed as she could not even tell by looking at my uterus at the ultrasound . I am now pregnant and I only wish I could still see her ,except I moved so far away! I don't think I will have that much trust in any other doctor. Not only she is an exceptional surgeon ,but she is also such a warm and funny person ! On a scale of 1 to 10, I think she rates at about ,I don't know ,a million?!? Wonderful Ob-Gyn! At first I was skeptical because the reviews, but I am so grateful for this team & Dr. Chiodi & Dr. Tran. Chiodi delivered my first baby in March and the experience was perfect. It was my first, so I was nervous of course- Chiodi made my delivery room comfortable and safe and a great time honestly. She is amazing! Throughout my check ups, it was easy and they are so knowledgeable and make you comfortable. The hospital is nice & so many experienced nurses. I had our first appointment for my wife scheduled on April 8 '24 for over a month, then they called and canceled 4 days before the appointment. I had provided all of our details and scheduled the first appointment, then they said they cannot accept new patients for an October due date 4 weeks after I scheduled. Strongly believe it was a mistake on their end and they wouldn't accept fault, it was an awkward conversation when I was asking why they would schedule my wife for her due date if they couldn't take her. I'm hoping they may see this and make it right by allowing us to receive treatment from their doctors. Because as of right now, we do not have an OBGYN at 14 weeks because we just moved to Temecula and our options are very limited with our insurance so it's actually pretty concerning for us now because of this situation. read more

What a great experience. I was referred by my primary dr for my first pregnancy. Office staff was always kind and efficient! I was always able to reach someone during business hours and I always received a call back. Upon my first visit, we found out it was twins! Nervous was an understatement. Dr Chiodi and Dr Tran both made me feel so comfortable and confident! Upon my induction, I was able to deliver both babies naturally (with epidural) and it could not have gone smoother. Everything that was done was specific direction from Chiodi and i believe it was all very calculated and perfectly executed. I truly believe that because of Chiodi and her whole staff, my entire pregnancy and delivery was a greater experience. IF I ever decide to have another baby- this will be the office and dr I choose. My daughter scheduled a prenatal appointment with this office last week. After reading the reviews here it told her maybe she should cancel. She decided to keep her appt and see for herself if they were as bad as some of the reviews here claim. All i can say is wow!! My daughter had no trouble reaching the office by phone each time she called. The front office staff was very professional, more so than some of the doctor's offices i have been in recently. As my daughter filled out her paperwork i saw each patient called back promptly and leave shortly after. My daughter was called back within 10 minutes of her appt time. The doctor was in the exam room within 5 min. The nurse was very kind and compassionate. I have delivered 8 pregnancies and am pretty dialed in on what makes a good obstetrician. I am excited this office will be taking care of my daughter and grand baby! Dr. Chiodi was very down to earth. She is funny! I didn't get that typical "i am the high and mighty doctor and you the lowly patient" attitude that most have. She was not rushed at all. My daughter had never had a gyn exam. There was No need to be nervous here. Dr Chiodi was so relaxed about it and made it not a big deal. She answered all questions and provided a lot of information. All OB/GYN offices i have been to in the Temecula area have long wait times. They have several doctors and the chance of having your doctor deliver is small. At this office there are two female doctors. You see one of the two of them for all your appts and delivery. What woman doesn't want her doctor to deliver? This office knows how to care for women. I am impressed!!! I started heading south for my gyno appts because i couldn't find a decent office in the area. I am switching doctors! Don't go by the reviews on here. It seems many may not even be real reviews. I read a few stating they only saw the PA for several appts before meeting the actual doctor. This office doesn't have PA's. Dr. Chiodi was my OB for my first little guy back in 2018 and we could not have asked for a better doctor. She is very straight to the point and tells you her honest opinion about everything. She has a great sense of humor and is very easy going. Point is, if doctor doesn't see anything wrong with your baby she does not find it necessary to indulge into "possibilities". If baby is healthy baby is healthy. If we had a question she would definitely answer it and I give her praises because my husband had so many questions (baby was our first lol) and doctor answered them. Some questions were so silly she would answer sarcastically and I would laugh because my husband would not catch on to the drift . Anywho we loved our doctor and my experience with the front desk was of the norm but I will say this, the front desk is not a reflection of the doctor at any place. Fast forward to delivery day and my mom was in the delivery room with me. It was my moms first time meeting Dr. Chiodi (perfect timing right) and my mom loved her! I clearly remember telling doctor before our delivery date that if we could deliver without snipping me I would be so grateful. She literally REMEMBERED I said that, as I'm delivering my boy!! Out of all her patients she has to handle, she does care. I remember clearly her calmly looking at me as I'm pushing and stating "I know you didn't want me to but I have to just a little bit because of babies head". Keep in mind...legs wide open, contractions are there, my doctor suggests, and I agree because I want baby out . It was a very small snip and I appreciate her for that because she understood how much that mattered to me. For that I love Dr. Chiodi. After my final check up after having baby, life happened and we moved out of Murrieta . Now, fast forward to 2022 and I'm pregnant with my second boy (5 months) and we're moving back to Murrieta in July!! I'm so happy to be going back as I look forward to going to Las Brisas and completing my checks with Dr. Chiodi. So to wrap it all up. If you really want to be seen and for some reason the phones aren't working...walk in during their office hours and get everything situated there. If you want a doctor that's going to hold your hand and baby you throughout the journey and entertain all your worries that don't exist in your baby...look elsewhere. She is a busy doctor but if she were to see something is wrong she will be a doctor and take the necessary steps to follow. I hope this helps!! es. At 34 weeks exactly I went in for a normal check up. There was no heartbeat. My daughter had passed right before my appointment. I went to the hospital and chose to deliver her vaginally. The whole time I was there my urine was extremely dark brown. I was puking non stop. My blood pressure was through the roof. My sister voiced her concerns for my health. Dr. Chiodi told us I was under stress so it's normal. Not even 3 months later I got pregnant with my rainbow. Found out right away. I went into Dr Chiodi to get blood work done. They decided to do an ultrasound and told me I was having a chemical pregnancy. They sent me in for blood work. Realized I was actually pregnant. Skip to 17 weeks they couldn't convince me to abort because I'm not made to have children according to Dr Tran and Chiodi. They dropped me as a patient leaving me with me no care at 17 weeks. I switched to UCSD where they got my test from my previous pregnancy. It turns out I had pre eclampsia that was left untreated causing the passing of my sweet angel. Personally do not recommend this place. I will say Dr Chiodi and Dr Tran were really nice and I felt comfortable with them however I feel like the appointments were in and out and they could have been more caring about their patients. I got pregnant with my first and had no idea what to expect. You would think they would take some time to explain blood work results and reassure you. Instead I had to review the results myself and thought well they haven't said anything so I should be fine. They do ONE ultrasound the whole pregnancy which is crazy to me and then sent me to Rady's for another where the technician from Rady's told me my baby was measuring big but Dr Chiodi and Dr Tran must've not been worried because they never told me anything. I was concerned and did not want to end up having a C-section so I kept asking to be induced at 40 weeks because I knew my baby was going to be big. I ended up going into labor at 40 & 4 and had the most traumatic experience trying to push for hours and eventually had to have a C-section and my baby was 8lbs 13oz. I am now suffering from severe anxiety from the traumatic experience. Had they done their job I probably would have felt comfortable with a scheduled C-section or being induced and a vaginal delivery. To add to the list... Their front desk staff always had attitude when I asked questions and anytime I called it always took forever to get through. They close their doors for lunch way too early. I remember I drove 40 mins to drop off paperwork and I got there 10 mins before they go on lunch and the doors were locked/lights off. Also they will charge you for every little signature you need for EDD. They will make you pay for your "labor & delivery fees" ($200) each visit until it's paid off. This practice seemed decent at first, but their front office is terrible and never answers their phone. You end up playing voicemail tag with them and I have had to just go see them in person sometimes. Dr. Chiodi is great in person, but is not understanding of patient needs when it comes to paperwork. I was told to have my primary fill out paperwork for my work, but the issue had to do with my reproductive system, why would my primary fill it out? Then I was told if I wished to speak with her about it, I would have to make an appointment 1 MONTH away. Office is horribly mismanaged. From top to bottom. It's unfortunate that they are unable to keep track of records or referrals. Would not recommend. Edit: It would seem Dr Chiodi's office was not satisfied with my review. I was trying to be succinct but here's the lengthy version to provide clarification. 4/11/2024 - I called Dr Chiodi's office to discuss possible ovarian cysts/calcifications that I noticed on a pelvic X-ray performed by my orthopedist. An appointment was set for 4/16/2024. The office asked that I provide the X-rays on disc (they did not mention a need for the accompanying radiology report). I said I would try, given the upcoming appointment was two business days away. 4/16/2024 - I was unable to get the X-ray disc from my orthopedist as the freeway to reach my orthopedist was shut down for two hours following a carjacking that ended in an crash and $uicide. Feel free to look it up, Dr. Chiodi. I made my appointment with Dr Chiodi ON TIME. When I arrived, the employee manning the front desk rudely informed me, after conferring with Dr Chiodi, that I would not be seen without the x-Ray and report from my orthopedist. I informed her why I didn't have the disc and report and that I had the exact same image on my phone. She informed me that wasn't good enough and that I would not be seen without the physical disc and report. I told her that the report is related to an orthopedic issue and that the cysts on my ovaries would probably not be noted as the x-ray had been ordered for non-gynecological reasons. Spoiler alert: the report mentioned nothing about my ovaries, niente. I was outright refused a scheduled appointment. I contacted my ortho's radiologist and requested the disc and report be sent to Dr Chiodi. I called Dr. Chiodi's office and was informed that both the X-ray and report had been received and scheduled an appointment. 7 weeks later, I had my appointment with Dr. Chiodi and when she entered the room, she said the seven words that really make a patient feel like doctors have prepared for the appointment half as much as they make their patients do: "what are we seeing you for today?" Empty handed. Not even a chart. I explained my concerns. Again. I asked if she'd had a chance to review my X-ray and report? Blank look. She had no idea what I was talking about. I informed her that her office staff refused to see me at my first appointment because I didn't have the X-ray and report. She stated that her staff told her it was because I was late. And that she never told her office staff to cancel my appointment for lack of xray. Nope, I was on time, and had specifically been told I would not get an appointment without the X-ray and report. I asked if she had read the report? She left the room, presumably to look at the report. Because why would a doctor review the information they insisted they be provided with? I get it, she only had a month to look at it. She came back in the exam room and told me I had a tear in my hip. Some osteoarthritis. Yes, I know. I asked if she had looked at the actual image. Again. Blank look. I showed her the image on my phone of my ovaries riddled with cysts. Mind you, I was turned away by her staff because all I had was a pic of the X-ray on my phone seven weeks prior. She looked at the same pic for a fraction of a second and said "oh that's normal". I left the appointment feeling as though I was wasting Dr. Chiodi's time. Feeling unsatisfied with the visit, I called back and Dr. Chiodi said she would refer me for an ultrasound, that they did not perform ultrasounds for non-obstetrical purposes. Translation: Dr. Chiodi's office is not licensed to perform non-OB ultrasounds. I verified this with my insurance. She said that she would email me the referral. Quelle surprise - no referral was emailed to me. The next day, I did get a text message from Temecula Valley radiology to schedule.... drumroll please... a pelvic xray. Not a pelvic ultrasound. I called Chiodi's office and left a message regarding their mistake. After not hearing back from them for two business days I called and was told that the referral they sent to TV radiology was for an ultrasound. I advised that no, it was not per the scheduling email and that I never received an emailed referral. They said that they were emailing me a new referral. While I was on the phone with them. That was four hours ago. Color me shocked. Well, thank you Las Brisas OBGYN and Dr. Chiodi; writing this review has been cathartic and somewhat satisfying. But not nearly as satisfying as making the decision to drop Dr. Chiodi like a hot potato. read more

I've been with las brisas for 2 pregnancies now and I will say overall I'm happy with them! I think they are clean, nice enough and not too fussy. Are they perfect? Maybe not lol but who is? I think the front desk girls have good and bad days just like the rest of us. Sometimes they get busy and don't answer the phone(rarely) in which case I call back in 30 min and they answer. Otherwise I have always been well taken care of here and my needs/concerns were always met. I love both doctors and their positivity. The technicians are always kind and helpful as well. Women's helping women and we need more of that. read more

I moved here from San Diego after my second baby and now with baby three I was struggling to find a new/good OBGYN. I'm so grateful I came across this place! The staff is so friendly and the doctors I've met so far are amazing! So personable and nice. I feel so good about having my baby with them. read more

I love this place! Moved to the area and chose this place for my second pregnancy and I have met with Dr Chiodi and Dr Tran already so far and both are great. They answer any questions I have and I never have to wait long in the office. The ladies at the front are nice and helpful also. read more
