The menu when I went was ceviche de pescado con chifles y canguil, sancocho, colada morada y guagua de pan. It's been 13 years since I last had sancocho and this did not disappoint. The Food/Resturant service was amazing aswell with alot of options of well treated food, we booked 3 night with them snd when we checked out, they gave us a Beautiful flower pot with atlixo finest flowers! THIS PLACE IS SO WELCOMING, overall 10/10 best hotel in altixo will 100% come back!
