I was able to work with office and resolve differences and tried to revise my review however, it would appear that Yelp did not allow that change to happen. No place is perfect and helps when you communicate. I think it was unfortunate and there was a lot of learning going on and trying to handle Covid nightmares and stress was higher than normal. At the end the office manager assisted me and we had great closing conversations and left feeling Oasis while not perfect, did the best she could and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I have sent maintenance a message and asked what the status of the repair is, no response. I have emailed management, no response. The staff in the office thinks it is cute and even funny to put people off. I have never seen such incompetency and laziness in my life, the employees are only here for a paycheck and/or reduced rent. I have lived in many apartments across this country and have worked security for some and I know it does not take two weeks to get a part especially when you have Lowe's and Home Depot less than 5 miles away. I finally had to file a complaint with the corporate office, waiting to see if they will respond.

Lastly, never mind living the "luxury" or "resort" style living because i have now had a pile of trash bags sitting next to my door for two days that reeks and is bringing small bugs. I also have pictures of trash collection leaving piles of trash next to staircases. Let's just say, not worth the money, headache or SMELL.

The property itself appears to be well-maintained, with a friendly and professional office staff as well as prompt maintenance workers. The property also has a nice swimming pool, a small but clean fitness center, and a laundry room. Aviare Place is pet-friendly, and many residents can be seen walking their dogs around the property. Parking can be crowded, especially after normal working hours, but there is always a spot available during my stay. Overall, I felt safe and at home during my residency here. I leased a 1-bedroom with laundry hook-ups and it was spacious for a single person like myself. Some of the amenities include a large walk-in closet, a bathroom area with separate bath and toilet area, a porch with external storage, refrigerator, electric stove, and a full-sized dishwasher. The front area has wooden flooring but the bedroom area has carpeting. The HVAC units are central, and well-maintained with regular filter replacements. My unit did not have a fireplace although some of them do. In sum, I really enjoyed my short stay at Aviare Place and recommend this apartment complex. The property is in a suitable location, safe, well-maintained, have ample amenities, and managed by wonderful office and maintenance staff.

I moved into this apartment in July and they assured me it had been cleaned. The place smelled like cat pee. I cleaned it myself and took them a Walmart bag FULL of cat litter, I threw at least that much more away. I ended up pulling the carpet in the master closet up and it was COVERED in cat pee. When I went to the office to try and talk to them Melissa the manager assured me the carpet was treated for pet urine. A good manager would check behind their vendors doing the cleaning, it apparent she doesn't. I told her if the carpet had actually been shampooed the cat litter would have been mush from the water. When I rented the apartment I was told it was a gated community. They failed to mention the gates haven't worked in over a year! When I pointed that out They didn't bother to credit my rent for the fact they lied in my lease! Melissa has ZERO personality. She isn't nice or personable and how she got a job in customer service dealing with people totally escapes me! I voiced this to her manager when she called me and she assured me she would talk with her. Then they promoted her.
