The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering friendly recommendations and serving everything with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It's rare to find a place where the quality of the product matches the quality of the service--this place nails both. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone! So many options and with the options of mix ins and flavors, you can find something for every taste. Last visit my friends tried a couple of different cones, Loaded Cookie Dough and something Lavender that they had as a special if I recall correctly. They both had good things to say about their cones. Since I was driving, I grabbed a chocolate shake. Super basic, I know, but also I have a pretty big catalog in my head to judge it against. Overall, I thought it was good. Not the best I have ever had, but pretty tasty. For the record, a chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream and Hershey's is the stick to measure by IMO. Back to the shake, kudos to them for not making it so darn thick that you cannot drink it for an hour. This was ready to go when it hit my hands. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints at all. Other than (for right now) being a little out of the way, it's a good place to stop.

Manager said yes it will be 30 minutes, ring order and walks to back. I grab receipt and walked outside outside to wait. 15 mins pass and I walk inside to get greeted horribly by manager who mentions he won't give order next time because I reached and grabbed my receipt. After disagreement he goes on to say he was calling the police and that I had to leave the store. Security came in and asked about situation and I explained. Told him he had no valid reason to make me leave and no reason to refuse my purchase. I sat until he called police so I could get a report for records. Not only did he call the police he lied and told them that I had threatened him and called some guys from next door to witness I suppose. This is not a good look for your company and have someone working at your company that lacks proper management skills. I have documented this incident with the police report and hope to never see his face again! Considering contacting news outlet as well! He had no reason to display discriminatory behavior towards me. Basically manager had me wait 30 minutes to deny my purchase after waiting, call the police then lie to say I threatened him. As I mention and told manager and police, there's cameras in here go do a playback!
