Even though I'm not with this clinic anymore I wanted to post a review about them. Thank God I changed insurance and doctors. The service here was really bad. Only 1 person spoke English and I had to wait a really long time to see the doctor. Good thing the doctor spoke English but with a thick accent. After the check up, when it came time to leave, the doctor told me to wait in the waiting area so I can make another appointment. I had to wait almost 2 hours for someone to finally acknowledge me. I told my boyfriend that I I'm going to change insurance and doctors cause it's just not worth it. I certainly don't recommend this place for anyone. Two thumbs down. read more

Thank god I am not there anymore !! They do not speak English. I met one receptionist who spoke English, everyone else didn't - making getting medical care impossible for someone who wasn't fluent Spanish - this place is advertised as English speaking and it isn't. Staff were all on phones and appointment times do not exist regardless of what times they give you - it's just write your name on a piece of paper? Doctor spent maybe a minute with me but maybe that was due to the fact we clearly spoke different languages. read more

This place is not by appointment, is FIFO . Service is not very good. Front desk ladies have a bit of an attitude. Not all of them speak English . All the workers look like of they are working from home. On the phones and talking about personal business at work . The doctor wont talk too much unless you ask questions. Place looks not very professional. I don't recommend this clinic . They never call you yo follow up . I been coming here for my thyroid problems and still nothing has been resolved. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been coming here for years and only continued to do so because it was convenient at the time. However, Dr. Norma Roque has an unpleasant attitude and treats you like another body. Shows no sign of care for the patient. Doesn't even look at you just uses her computer as she "treats you" everytime. The reason I'm writing this review is because my last visit was the absolute worst and made me spend hundreds on exams that I did not need when all I needed was a physical done which I never got. I needed a physical for work and instead was told I needed labs, an ekg, an eye exam and several other tests I did not require however I did them anyway. And to top it off, when they did my Ekg the nurse that works there and the doctor aren't competent enough to understand what a Sinus Rythm EKG and had me referred to a Cardiologist with the reasoning of "there's something terribly wrong with my heart" which would cost me hundreds more. I proceeded to go to an MD now Urgent Care where they took my physical for $65.00 signed my letter for work and did a complimentary ear cleaning. On top of that read my EKG and stated my heart was perfectly normal. I will never return to Las Madrinas Medical Center again. Im not the type to write up reviews but I'm taking the time to write one down for this awful place. The staff is horrible I came in two occasions and they forgot to sign me in. Both times I signed in and waited almost 45 minutes and when I asked them it's because they "forgot" . Doctor Norma Roque is unprofessional and does not know how to properly read electrocardiograms. She made me waste my time by sending me to a cardiologist only for the cardiologist to tell me her readings were wrong and nothing was wrong with me. I came to complain and received attitude from the staff and Doctor Norma herself. Never go here ever, they are scammers who don't do their job properly. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Went in for a regular check up and with documents to be signed by the doctor from my insurance stating that I was seen by a doctor. Doctor Miriam Alvarez refused to sign my documents because she said that i needed lab work done. But again those documents were only stating that i did see a doctor so that i can receive my reward through my health insurance company. And instead of the doctor handing me Back my documents she kept them. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. Incompetent doctor(Ivan Raprado) and the women in the front aren't very friendly. Went in because I was not feeling well the doctor that saw me(Ivan Raprado) was so unprofessional, rude and shouldn't be in the position he's in. He diagnosed me wrong and gave me some antibiotics but I was still not feeling well after the treatment he gave me so I went to my closest urgent care. they took way better care of me there then this place does. Found out I have pneumonia and i was positive for covid when Ivan Rapardo stated that "i have a common cold" when he only looked down my throat. Strange he didn't hear anything on my right lower lobe of my lung when he auscultated because that's where the pneumonia was found i don't think Ivan Raprado knows what he's doing and again shouldn't be in the position he's in as a "doctor " there are way better doctors out there that actually take care of their patients and care about them. next time I get sick ill just go to my closest urgent care then this place. Also the bathroom is disgusting they should really get someone to clean it up maybe the lazy women in the front can. I would also like to add that the first "doctor" I saw Dalila is just as bad as Ivan Raprado that dont care about their patients. I have a strange skin condition on my abdomen that always flares up for some reason Dalila took one look and said 'its not an issue and will go away in time" BUT IT HASNT! I'm going to find a dermatologist myself and get a real professional opinion. Disgusting place they only care about a paycheck here not the patients I'm changing to go somewhere better where they actually take care of you.... I 100% sure the ones that are leaving good reviews in their palace are friends or family members of the staff . Customer service is awful and all they care about is money they can at least be nice about it but no the waits are first come First serve which is understandable but when you wait 2 hours for 5 minutes it definitely deserves a one read more

The customer service is awful. There is a lady in the front desk super rude, if the patience needs someone with them she is always like "this space is too all to have someone else here" and never nice with a rude tone... These people do not deserve work in the health care environment! read more

terrible admin doctor great but for as much admin support it seems the dr has to do everything they have no drs on call They promised me all week to do something and on Friday at 5 told me it was done - only to find out it is not and no one can help me until Monday -this network is POORLY operated and I would have never changed doctors if I knew it would be this time consuming to get a prescription filled. I have been on for over 10v years and they think you can just quit cold turkey - never in a million years have I dealt with such incompetent admin help Dr Morera is AWESOME Maria Adams his assistant is terrible, I was asked to do her job but since I am not a doctor office I could not get pharmacy fax number!! read more

Realmente desde que este centro pasó a ser de Las madrinas la atención se vino al suelo. Antes tu tiempo de espera era aproximadamente de 1 hora, ahora son 4 horas para que el Dr.(a) te vea por 5 minutos sin nisiquiera abrir la computadora para ver tu historia clinica. Realmente esto es un irrespeto, porque si el tiempo de ellos vale el de los pacientes también. Pero supongo que a la hora de cobrarles al seguro si son puntuales. A parte aparentemente no se comunican entre ellos o el entrenamiento no ha sido lo suficiente para capacitar al personal, no hay seguimiento. Definitivamente requiere un cambio. read more
