During my last visits, I dealt with scheduling issues, including overbooking, which led to being asked to choose a more time-efficient style or potentially have my appointment interrupted due to another client being scheduled during my time slot. When I raised my concerns, I ultimately felt dismissed and later canceled as a client. I also experienced continued messages after requesting no further contact. I shared my experience publicly because I believe clients should be able to speak honestly about their service experiences. At this point, I will not be returning, and I wish them well moving forward.
