Wonderful service from start to finish! I've been to Tranquility many times and they never disappoint, and this visit at their newer location was no exception. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My facial with Shanon was truly an hour of bliss. She included a face, scalp, and hand massage, along with a paraffin wax treatment, and all of the products smelled amazing while being incredibly gentle on my highly sensitive skin. I especially appreciated how she explained each step of the process along the way. I also tried a lash tint and lift, which was quicker and far less fuss than others I've had that tend to drag on and feel like a nuisance to get through. My masseuse was awful. He didn't ask what type of massages I typically get (this was any first massage there), and every time I told him it was too hard, he didn't change what he was doing. He gave me actual bruises. I was horrified. He kept asking if I was ok. I said no I'm in pain please be easier every time. At least 6-7 times. Awful. I'll give it two stars because the place was nice. I may try it again with someone else, and hot stone instead of the Mr. Dagger Fingers intro special, but he was literally terrible. I go to this spa regularly for massage. If you sign up for 12 months there is a discount available. Shout out to Laura, she's is the best! They have a nice waiting area with comfy chairs, music and soft light. Plenty of parking available. The office is towards the back of a commercial building campus. read more

I've visited Tranquility WellSpa twice now, once prior to COVID and again yesterday. On my first visit, I took advantage of a package they had on sale around Christmas for a massage, facial, and sauna. Everything about that visit was top notch and every person I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt taken care of and that I definitely got my money worth for each service. On my more recent visit, I had an eyebrow waxing with Hannah. I can't recommend her enough! Very knowledgeable and friendly, and definitely made me feel comfortable during the waxing. I can't wait to go back for a facial once more restrictions are lifted. The spa is taking COVID very seriously, adding more touches of social distancing (even though the spa is very large and they do a good job of spacing everyone out regularly) and each employee wearing a mask along with requiring each guest to wear a mask. I love this place- it's everything I want in a spa. It's beautiful, calming, clean and modern without making me feel like I'm in a Buddhist temple. The therapists are always great and professional and the prices are average. My only complaint is that my last therapist talked to me the entire time and I would have preferred to just veg out but other than that, I have nothing but love for this place! read more

Katie is a fantastic massage therapist! She is incredibly thorough, conscientious of any issues I mention I'm having, and her expertise is second to none. She is trained in multiple therapeutic models and is able to use them collaboratively so I leave feeling amazing after every massage.
