I had to have a deep root cleaning done and if you have ever had one, you know that the numbing is the worst part. Four shots in each side and one side done two weeks after the other one. From a previous experience twenty years ago, I was terrified to have the shots. Luckily for me, one of the technicians knew to treat me like a child and I will say that I am no longer afraid of this procedure. Now if I have to have surgery, that might be a different story. Would I come back here? Of course I will. It took me forever to find someone I can trust.

Dr. Kofensteiner and his staff were great. Turned out I had to get two different kinds of grafts and the end result was as successful as my bone loss would allow. I haven't had any problems since. This was not a fun process, but this office was awesome. I got to watch a movie during my procedure which made the whole process very easy and kept my mind off of what was happening. I highly recommend this office. Oh yeah, I didn't have insurance and they offer a Care Credit card that you can apply for that has 0% interest for a period of time so you can pay it off. Depending on how much you have to spend depends on how long you get the 0%. I wouldn't have been able to afford this without the help of Care Credit.

His chairside manner is very comforting and he always explains each step he takes. Dr. Davis was very clear on what she saw in xrays and didn't try to up-sell me on braces or teeth whitening (the sorts of things other dentists have done). She answered my questions without seeming to be rushed. The cleaning with Aris was the best cleaning that I've had in 50+ years of visiting the dentist. I've had some weird cleaning experiences (hygienists setting tools on my chest; jabbering away and oversharing; leaving water running out my mouth and down my neck; poking me with sharp tools accidentally). Aris did none of those things. She was efficient, kind, checked in routinely and made me feel comfortable, and my teeth look great! I would highly recommend this dental practice.

horrible experience I went in to have a root canal removed on the phone I was given a price . it…read morewas supposed to be quick and easy I get in there and they want to give me a new root canal mind you I have told them I don't want that I just want the old one removed . the dentist was super rude he looked and acted like the steroids had made there way to his brain . Iv never experienced a dentist who was so rude he told me it was because he makes more money on the root canal than he would on just pulling the tooth. I just got up and left after that . He was a horrible person I wouldn't want someone like that working on me anyways so it was a win for me .
