I researched and visited a couple of orthodontic offices and Bankhead Orthodontics was definitely the most convenient with several offices and Dr's to care for my 11 year old. Isayah wasn't thrilled about having braces but now that he sees pictures of himself prior to having them he is thankful that we found all of the fabulous people at all of the locations near us. There was never a time when they weren't able to get him in if he broke a wire or something. We love Bankhead orthodonics! From the original comsultation we knew that we were going to choose Bankhead for braces! The technology they use is above and beyond anything they had when I had braces! The staff is always friendly and my daughter loves going for her checkups to pick out fun colors for her braces! When choosing an orthodontist, we allowed our daughter to make the "final call" - after we researched, of course. Bankhead clearly explained the process TO HER at the time and now throughout her experience there. We feel like a part of a large family there. Bankhead orthodontists staff has been wonderful since day 1. My son was only 7 when we went for our first consultation and they did a great job easing his anxiety and answering questions. Now that he has his braces on they are a joy to work with. We do early morning appointments and they have us in and out quickly so my son doesn't even miss any school. We love the office, everyone is so kind and helpful. We usually use the O' Fallon office, but have used Chesterfield twice. Appointment times are great, flexible with our schedules.
