Dr Minina was very professional and offered to dissolve my lips, start over, and for me to return. She did not have to do this for me. I drove from San Antonio to see her again and am very glad I trusted her. I am so in love with my lips. They are the best they have EVER looked. I forget to remind myself that this is a surgery in "THE VALLEY". Nobody with any monetary means or intelligence has a elective surgery in the VALLEY. I paid for a Shellac pedicure and the receptionist says it is $40 for the pedicure spa plus $15 more for shellac. I hand her my gift card. I step out to get cash from my car to tip the nail tech. I step back in the spa and ask the receptionist what my total was she said $57.00. I then asked her what the balance was on the gift card and she tells me the card only had $57.00 and she kept the gift card. I thought that is strange...so I call my husband and ask him how much he purchased the gift card for and he said $80. I go back in and advise the receptionist that the gift card had $80. She then tries to explain that the way their system is set up that there is no way of her knowing what the balance is on the gift card. I thought that was very strange. She then asked "how much did you say was in the gift card" and I said $80 she then hands me the gift card and says so then your balance is $23. I thought that was extremely shady. If she needed $23.I would of just given them to her. Extremely poor reflection on the spa and nail tech as well. By the way I do have to mention that Mona, the nail tech did an awesome job!

As soon as I was directed to my room, I was sharing with another client and we were divided by a curtain. The lady left the mask 10 mins over because she was helping the other client apply her lash extensions. As soon as she returned to attend me, the other client wanted her lashes done again and she immediately stopped the extractions that were in progress with me to reapply the other clients lashes. I was given a $10 discount that didn't even makeup for the bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You must pay in advance, cash only, with no receipt, when u book your appointment. No call or text reminders of appointments, and you lose your money/service if late or unable to make it. The room is dirty, and you're given a cover to use that does not get changed out between customers. The laser technician chats on her cell while performing the service. Full body laser service is done in 30 minutes - not exactly thorough.
