I get it, but at the end of the entire cycle, when I'm prompted to exit, I have to step on the brake in order to shift from neutral to drive. Often, there have been cars being cycled through which were just a few feet from my rear bumper. ALSO, there wasn't a lot of thought that went into their website and it shows. For example, if you have an issue, i.e., canceling a membership, an inquiry, etc., then you must call their corporate headquarters in Ohio, instead of the local branch. Gave them a month or so to get it figured out, but it hasn't changed. Just submitted my cancellation. There is too much competition in this space to pay $20+ a month for a product that only does half the job. The sad part is, it's easily fixable.

I stopped by Distinctive Detailing for an assessment. Everyone was friendly and I met with Mike who did a quick test to make sure that he could fix the problem. The test was promising and they got me on the schedule within the week. The drop off early in the morning was painless. They were already open and working at 8:30 am. When I picked up my car later that day I could not believe how good it looked. You would think I was driving it off the lot. It sparkled and there was no sign of the overspray issue. Mike and his team did a fantastic job. These guys are professional, nice and care about the work they do. I will be back to them the next time I want my car looking perfect.
