If I could pick zero stars I would. I have written a review, but I have an update. I went in specifically for dark melasma under my eyes. That is the whole reason I was there. They talked me into $5000 worth of Laser and some kind of serum that they guaranteed this would work. Not only did it, not improve at all, it made it much worse! I have since learned that these lasers can worsen this type of melasma. When I addressed this with corporate, the woman told me that I did not mention I had melasma. This would be under my health history. The first words out of my mouth when I went in, was dark melasma under my eyes. She stated that I did not write that on my medical history. I am re-registered nurse and medical history to mean means cardiovascular issues, respiratory, muscular, skeletal, pulmonary. Things of this nature. I couldn't have made myself more clear about why I was there. They refuse to do anything about this and now I'm out $5000. Please be aware that they will tell you anything to take your money. I have talked to other people who have gotten horrible rashes from the hair removal lasers. They are very inexperienced staff. If you have dark spots or asthma, do yourself a favor and go to New Age Aesthetics and wellness and get a VI peel. I've had one so far and it has helped tremendously! The cost was $259 opposed to $5000! I regret going to Laser Away more than anything I can think of! read more

To be clear I haven't been to this location or had treatments here but my review is just on my experience on trying to get information/schedule an appointment. I wanted to try this business since the location is very convenient for me so I check the website for prices or to schedule an appointment and that info isn't available (red flag). Instead you have to enter your information and someone will reach out to you. I enter my info and immediately get texts from multiple different people (bots?). I ask for prices and they want to get on a call with me. Honestly, just how difficult it was to get any information really rubbed me the wrong way and not willing to try them out. read more

I went to LaserAway in Cherry Creek on October 7th- the eighth session on other areas and the third session on legs. I was burned on both full legs (lower legs burned the worst and are uploaded in pictures), enduring weeks of painful blistering, burning, and peeling. It has been over six weeks of healing and hiding my legs, which are now covered in raw circles that will take months to fade. I was no longer comfortable continuing my treatment with LaserAway and asked for a refund on the leg sessions. However, I was only offered a refund for unused sessions. They would not refund me for the session that caused the burns or for the two prior treatments, which are now ineffective since the protocol requires eight sessions to see results. LaserAway also offered me $190 in store credit, which felt like a slap to the face. In the end, I lost almost $700 through this ordeal. It is incredibly disheartening to lose so much money over an ineffective and damaging treatment. This experience has been both physically and mentally traumatic. If you are looking for a company that values your well-being and trust, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Please be cautious and choose wisely. read more

I waited a little while after my glow facial at LaserAway so that I could write a review that was honest and not just based on emotions. I had a 3 o'clock appointment and arrived on time. I then waited 20 minutes before they called me back into a room. After waiting another 20 minutes, they told me to switch rooms to wait for the technician. Once I waited another 20 minutes--mind you, that is one full hour of waiting--I went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be since I had already waited a full hour. She said it would just be a few minutes, with no apology. I went back to the room, and the technician came in. With no apology for the delay, she began my facial. Once my facial was completed, I was given post-care instructions and then went to the front desk to check out. Not once did anyone apologize for the long wait. I thought that was so rude! Even though I liked the results of my facial, I don't think I could go back to a place that does not take their customer service seriously or take responsibility for their actions. All they needed to do was apologize for making me wait over an hour before my facial. Or maybe they needed to schedule me at 4 PM rather than 3 PM? With a service-oriented business, they should make every customer feel welcomed and cared for. I felt neither. I will not recommend LaserAway to any of my friends or family. read more

I purchased what I believed was a full package in 2023. The first couple of sessions were brilliant and I noticed the hair loss right away. Third session I had tiny little brown burn marks. I took photos of them and at my next session I showed them and asked if it was okay and normal. They turned the machine down so low that from there out I saw no results. I tried to advocate for myself in every way. I even called the 800 numbers. They kept telling me not to worry I could purchase the maintenance package at the end. Why would I do that?? I also purchased a tattoo removal package for a little tattoo on one of my toes. As I'm advocating they are telling me that I am receiving services I did not pay for, which surprised me when I'm telling everyone upfront I want it all off, almost everywhere. Turns out they erroneously charged me for an extra tattoo session, which they refuse to refund. I even advocated through their credit company, and they upheld the charge. I didn't even go for the final appointment because I was trying so hard to advocate to have the others replaced and for the machine to be put at the proper setting. I've written. I've called. I've spent endless hours trying to advocate. It's a no-brainer as a consumer. Be honorable. You aren't doing what you said you'd do and the 80% hair loss that your guaranteed isn't even close. I have just filed with the BBB. IMHO- it's a fraudulent company that advertises staff that's medically sound, which I can't truly say they aren't because I didn't check credentials, but they are all young, young aestheticians and hardly have the time for the structure the advertising promises. The customer service is appalling. I finally got a staff member to return three or four of the appointments and then had my final one, which was all basically I was asking for at the time and all I needed was to get that extra tattoo charge removed and then to have it subtracted from my package instead. Spoke to a regional manager that knee-jerked for whatever reason and she took it all away. Wrote to corporate and never heard a response. So, I'm taking it to the streets and to the BBB. There is so much competition out here for this service. Run from this company. They do not honor your contract. Absolutely don't do this through their credit because they're each other's bread and butter. Use an outside source, a different credit card that has some consumer protection built in. They are absolutely dishonorable. I was doing my entire body and the first two appointments were longer and more thorough. She left and they put me with anyone available on the day and they just blasted right through it in nothing. They overcorrected the setting and then refused to do anything to right it. So, it was a huge waste of time, energy, money, and health. There are plenty of options. Check out your dermatologist's office first. At all costs, I would advise everyone to steer clear of Laser Away. Too bad because I was the mediterranean guinea pig in the family. I had three daughters I was about to do the same thing for and was hoping that I'd found a little haven. So, the budget I set aside for this was paid to their credit company UAS because I was worried about what would happen if the promotional period lapsed. I purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal sessions for my legs, and after only THREE sessions my life has already literally changed! I have had thick, black hair on my legs that has required me to shave daily since I was 12 years old being bullied at school for it (thanks to my Frenchie girl roots!) and after only three treatments I'm only shaving 1-2/week! I wish I could go back in time and tell 12 year old me that this would be an option one day!
