Was working on a Jaguar, CR-V and a pickup truck when I came in, so I'm guessing he can pretty much do it all. Walked me through the problems I was having, and told me to in detail how to avoid future problems, as well as what to look for. Class act.

I also a few other mechanics, as well, but nobody had an appointment that worked with my schedule. Even though he specializes in Volkswagens, Chris told me that he could take care of a routine state inspection and basic maintenance for a 2006 Hyundai Elantra. He told me to bring the car in at 7am the next morning. When I got there, Chris waved me in (it's a little hard to find because the sign is missing and it's nestled behind P&J Auto Body). He was driving another customer home, but was back in less than 10 minutes. The shop is nothing fancy; it isn't like car dealerships where they have an air conditioned waiting room with televisions, magazines, and an espresso machine. I waited in the shop while he completed the inspection, which took about an hour. He talked to me while he worked, and told me about his hobby of collecting Civil War, WWI, and WWII artifacts. When he saw that I was reading, he told me about a few late 19th century books he had lying around, handed me a box to look through, and told me to take whatever I wanted. He charged $70 for the inspection, $15 to replace 3 lights, and $3 to replace the fluids. When I arrived, I told him I thought the car needed new brakes. After the inspection, he told me that I didn't need new brakes and explained the cause of the noise I had been hearing. He then said, "I can't even sell you an oil change, because it still looks brand new." This is what I've been looking for in Philadelphia- a competent mechanic who isn't trying to rip me off. Thanks again, Mr. Daniels.

The shop is clean and lively, packed with exotic cars and is located in a nice area. The job took about two hours and the tech was kind enough to explain the job and even took care of an unrelated software glitch that the car had. Overall the sound is good, with nice bubbles. The throttle reposes has improved. On the highway the difference is minor but in the city it's fun to drive with windows rolled down, you can hear nice pops. Overall, for the total price of under 1,500 it's a very good deal. Message me if you want to heat the sound, i cant figure out how to upload it on here

Recently I took the car in for an oil change and service and mentioned to the shop that there was a Rattling sound coming from the new Fabspeed exhaust area. Thought maybe it was a loose bolt. When I picked the car up they told me that the Rattling was quite bad and coming from the internals of the exhaust valves that switch over from quiet to full through open exhaust. I contacted Fabspeed and informed them of the issue. They said if I had the exhaust removed and shipped back yo them they would take a look and if justified either repai or replace it. I asked if they were willing to cover the cost of removal shipping and reinstallation. They said no only the repair. So... beware if you are interested I. buying one of these systems. If it fails or faults you will be stuck with the cost of removal and reinstallation potentially between one and two thousand dollars.
