I did a secondary cat bypass for Cayenne GTS; Andrew was the sales person helping me out. Opposite to some of the reviews on here, I had a good experience. The shop is clean and lively, packed with exotic cars and is located in a nice area. The job took about two hours and the tech was kind enough to explain the job and even took care of an unrelated software glitch that the car had. Overall the sound is good, with nice bubbles. The throttle reposes has improved. On the highway the difference is minor but in the city it's fun to drive with windows rolled down, you can hear nice pops. I purchased the exhaust and sport cats for my 2026 Corvette ZR1 from Fabspeed, and the experience was excellent. Because of that, I had complete confidence purchasing a second exhaust system for my 2026 Mercedes G63. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. On the day I placed my order, I called your sales department looking for guidance. I asked which exhaust would be best, what the differences were between the available options, and what the benefits of each setup were. Instead of receiving any meaningful explanation, I was repeatedly told, "It's all preference." I then specifically mentioned that I liked the triple-tip exhaust and wanted it with black tips. I was told the third tip was only for aesthetics and didn't provide any performance benefit. I asked how much more it would cost, and the salesperson responded that it was only "a couple hundred dollars." Based on that conversation, I said, "I'll go all in--just add it." At that point, I relied on the salesperson to enter the order correctly. I paid my invoice in full and trusted that I was receiving the configuration we had discussed. Today, after my runner delivered both my unopened exhaust and my G63 to the installation shop, I got home and discovered that I had been sent the dual-tip exhaust, not the triple-tip exhaust I specifically requested. My wife contacted your salesperson, and his response was simply that the invoice shows a dual-tip exhaust and that he entered the order that way. That is not an acceptable response. The invoice reflects what your salesperson entered--not necessarily what I ordered over the phone. I reviewed my email and the description says (Exhaust) ONLY it does not describe a dual exhaust on the transaction receipt as the salesperson claimed. The pricing also gave me no reason to question it. Your website lists: -Triple-Tip Valved Exhaust: $5,298.95-$5,715.95 - Dual\-Tip Valved Exhaust: $5,078.95-$5,495.95 My invoice totaled $5,892.54, which certainly did not raise any concern that I was receiving the lower-priced configuration. To make matters worse, after hearing the exhaust installed, it also does not produce the burbles or crackles that are prominently featured in your marketing videos and sound clips, which was another disappointment. This entire situation has been frustrating and very unprofessional. At this price point, customers should not have to deal with ordering mistakes caused by poor communication or a lack of product guidance. Ordered exhaust for my 964. It took 4 months for delivery and for $2600 I got a damaged part (check attached photo). Fabspeed response was: "Go to local exhaust to fix it, it's not our problem since we have superior QC..." BS While I was waiting for the exhaust to arrive, I (stupidly) ordered a wastegate cat bypass for $600... but never received it, never got the tracking number... and when I asked Fabspeed to fully refund it (to help their incompetence) they just took me a 15% cancellation fee. I didn't cancel my order, just asked for a refund since they couldn't send me the package... That was not my problem. So, overall, I can recommend Fabspeed only if you have extra time, money and nerves. read more

I called Fabspeed for a speed shifter bundle for my 911. I asked them to confirm if the part was in stock and when it would ship. The sales rep called Numeric and confirmed the part would ship the same day. I paid for UPS Next Day Air shipping and received a tracking number shortly after ordering the parts. The parts did not arrive the following day. I checked the tracking number and found the parts were never shipped. I called Fabspeed again and the same sales rep called Numeric again. The parts were to ship and I'd have them the following day. Again, I checked UPS tracking and again found the parts had not shipped. I called Fabspeed again and spoke with Mathew Babiack, who was nothing but argumentative. He told me there is nothing they could do as the order was already "fully invoiced". I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he told me orders must be cancelled within 48 hours. When I told him I still had 2 hours to cancel within their policy period, he claimed he couldn't cancel because it was a special order part and it had already shipped. I explained the creation of a shipping label does not mean the product shipped. I told him to check the tracking number himself and he would find the product was still with Numeric. I asked him to call Numeric and cancel the order and issue a refund. He declined and hung up on me. My only recourse was to dispute the charge with my bank. So, there has been some turn over and clearly some things i wasn't aware of. Sounds similar to me being under a rock during teaching. I've worked with Scott in the past few years and orders quite a few parts. He was very knowledgeable and helped out alot. In the beginning, I had soooooo many questions. I have a macan turbo and a boxster. The boxster has the full deal, long tube headers, custom tune from fabspeed (mygenius), cold air intake deal and other goodies. Overall, everything is holding strong and the tune with headers really put some power back into the car. The quality seems good, and I have tried a few other products and returned them due to poor quality. Soul performance and circuit werks. Even more, when dealing with circuit werks, they bashed fabspeed, which is highly unprofessional. I'm waiting on the macan filter, but it should work just fine. The customer service is excellent when working with Matt and Francesca. Both are good, but I really appreciate Francesca's communication with me and her passion for fabspeed. I'm not the biggest fan of their customer service rep Ted and Dj, whom do not respond to me. However, I'm very happy dealing with Matt and Francesca. read more

I will add to the customers lining up to let others know about the nonexistent customer service and poor quality of installation Fabspeed currently provides. Long story, but the short version is I had an install of high flow cats and carbon fiber exhaust tips performed at the Fabspeed shop June 22 2021. At the time I lived locally and was able to observe the install. Obvious problems observed with their attempts to reinstall the back end on the car, still on the lift an additional two hours after promised completion time. DJ was my rep, I asked him a couple of times if there was a problem. Of course not. Fast forward to November. My 991.2 is to be shipped the next day and I'm driving to burn gas to get the tank close to empty as the shipper required. Decide to stop at Porsche Warrington to see why my trunk switch doesn't work. $1060 later, for labor and parts to fix a misaligned back end, a sheared mechanical release cable, and a burned out solenoid. Fabspeed was the last to touch the rear end, notwithstanding "Lyin" Ted's claims otherwise in an email to me and a call to Porsche Warrington service. Porsche Warrington actually quoted the invoice proving timeline of a 20k service before the Fabspeed install, and I had an invoice from Porsche W charging over a thousand bucks to get my car back together....correctly this time. Had to move the shipping date on the car, etc, etc. And Ted, Fabspeed's "Fightin' Customer Advocate" said simply that I didn't call them first to give them options on how to take care of the issues, so they are not liable for any of my costs. Sorry Ted...and Fabspeed. My question is: If you screwed it up the first time, why in the Hell would I give you a second attempt?? Fool me once.....!!! Do yourself a favor. If you order a Fabspeed product, have someone else that you trust install it for you. If your Fabspeed part fails, good luck...and try to get in on the class action lawsuits that seem to be floating out there. Once again Ted....hope you are doing well also. read more

Order a downpipe was told 8 weeks and during the 8 week called and it would be longer as they had issues...I had a customer service rep on this from the start why didn't he update me.. Turns out I got a rude response and I actually talk to him on the phone. I cancelled my order and contacted another place ..they check to see if they had this part..told me their supplier has it in stock and it would ship in a day or 2. I told them to order it. . Seems they where dealing with Fabspeed as well as they told them they had it in stock ... it too would be 8 weeks.... also cancelled that order.. Bought bolt on sport cats for my 911. Fabspeed distributor doing install said one cat manufactured incorrectly. They called Fabspeed, installer was told to modify cat which they did. installer then charged me to fix manufacturing defect stating Fabspeed would reimburse me the cost. contacted Fabspeed, sent them written correspondence from their distributor stating this, they refused. I purchased Fabspeed's valvetronic exhaust for my V10 Audi R8 last Summer and could not be happier with both the product and the customer service I received. When I opened the well packed box, my systems was lying inside gleaming like a piece of Tiffany's jewelry. They also provided very clear instructions on how to do this major install on my car which I took upon myself to do. My R8 went from sounding like a VW Beetle to sounding like a GT3 Cup car overnight. It's truly and incredibly sounding system that really does the R8's V10 justice. Fabspeed products lack quality. I bought mufflers, sports headers for my 911 and they both broke down within 2 years. Fabspeed will fix them but you still have to go thru the headache and labor cost to send them over to them. Unfortunately, last month, a weld broke on one of the mufflers and I needed it repaired. After one phone call, I could tell this company takes customer service seriously. In a world of voice mail and self help, Everyone I spoke with was very professional. In fact, Brian Jamison proactively called me 2 times and sent follow up emails, to keep me updated during the process. Scott helped me not only return my GT3 exhaust, but he issued me store credit which I used to purchase a set of BMW F80 M3 downpipes! I am extremely pleased with the fit and finish and quality of the downpipes. They also make extremely loud gunshot noises which my neighbors much love! Do not use fabspeed for any Porsche needs. I sent my ecu in to get tuned for my 2022 Carrera 911 s received it back installed it and car was violently misfiring. After constant calls trying to speak to their "tuner" Dustin I just got back and forth emails because he is socially awkward or autistic and cannot talk on the phone he insisted it had nothing to do with the tune and had to do with something mechanical on the car. After talking to joe one of the sales reps he said that Dustin forgot to upload a bmc or bmd file on the ecu which he claims he did not I sent the ecu back in a week later after wasting 300$ to have the car smoke tested, data logged, and triple checked to make sure I didn't miss anything he still insisted it was the cars fault and not the tunes. I sent the ecu back to have it re-flashed and all Dustin did was turn down the parameters. The car is still misfiring just not as violently. These tunes are white label euro charged garbage that they claim are theirs. There's absolutely zero way to tell why my car is doing this without having a piwis system because Dustin claims he couldn't read a CSV vcds file after telling me he could and wasting the money on having it data logged. I would highly suggest going somewhere else because there is absolute zero support after its flashed on your car. They also made me ship my ecu yet again for a third time to get flashed back to stock and refused to email me my stock file because they think I'm going to steal their garbage tune. Shipped my ecu to get flashed back to stock to get my refund on Tuesday 7/5/2022 Dustin the "tuner" shipped it out on 7/7/2022 and did not over night it even tho they were suppose to "we ship the ecu the way it came" they only gave me a partial refund of $2,381 when the tune cost $2,995. Also, the owner of the company Joe Fabiani said he was going to reimburse me for over nighting my ecu 3 times 140$ each time and only got $2,381. I placed an order of headers and catalytic converters back in September 14, 2021. Sometime in December I received just the cats and reached out to fabspeed about the headers. I was informed that due to Covid, they were waiting for the part to come in from overseas. I patiently waited until March of 2022 to call back again. I was told that they still don't have the item and offered me a refund. I agreed to getting a refund thinking I would get the entire amount I paid for the item I never received. When the refund check came in, it was less than the price I initially paid for the unreceived item. read more

Warning, this company makes errors and leaves you with the thousand dollar cost because they do not check your VIN number to ensure compatibility. I provided my VIN number to insure compatibility of a cold air intake system which came up after entering "Audi TTS cold air intake" in their search box. The intake fits more than one make of car (both VW and Audi) so I couldn't tell from the title whether it worked for my car or not. After entering my VIN there was no notice of incompatiliblity as you would get from every single other car part I have ever ordered. The three part system costing over a thousand dollars took months to arrive and when it did I found it wouldn't even attach to either part of my car. There was NO installation because I had nothing to attach the system to. All I ever did was remove it from the box. FabSpeed stated that the VIN number was not provided for the purposes of ensuring compatibility but for some unknown reason. They laid the blame on Eventuri for the refusal to take a return because there had been a partial installation. Really? When does taking something out of a box constitute an installation? Where a part fits several models the designation in the title of the part does not tell you which engines the part will work with which is why it is critical to supply your VIN. I would warn anyone from purchasing from the company. Has anyone else ever heard of a company who fails to check compatible VIN numbers on a part which costs over a thousand dollars? Even the twenty dollar license plate frame I ordered from a Chinese company on Ebay collected my VIN to make sure it fit my car so I don't think this is rocket science. This is a deceptive trade practice and should not be permitted. As consumers we rely on the Dealers to make sure the parts fit. Dealers always check the part against your VIN. Shame on you for not doing your part and then sticking me with the bill. read more

Yes Fabspeed may have vendor pricing guides but that is NOT a customers issue. Last year I installed the Fabspeed Performance Package on my 996 (cats, X-pipe, headers, mufflers, and some other stuff). A few months later, I started getting CELs. Fabspeed will not honor their warranty. Apparently, others are finding the same problem with Fabspeed. Defective parts and failure to respond. MANY others are very unhappy with Fabspeed. Couldn't be happier. I wanted to add a little power to my Porsche 911 Carrera S (997.1) but didn't want check engine lights or obnoxious sound. I worked with Jason and ended up getting a GT3 throttle body and an IPD plenum with a BMC air filter and the famous Fabspeed Sport exhaust. I seriously couldn't be happier. Talk about bang for your buck! It's a whole new car. Everything works together perfectly. No torque loss at all, in fact, I found some. Mid range is more alive and she just doesn't stop pulling now. The sounds is pretty much the same at low RPMs but my God when you jump on it, it sounds fantastic. No highway drone at all. I was considering the x-pipe cat delete but Jason explained that Porsches, especially naturally aspirated (non turbo) like a little back pressure and if I was not looking for too aggressive sound I should stick with what he suggested. I wrote a review similar to this on their web page, they did not post it. I bought Porsche 911 Carrera Deluxe Quad Style tips. (Non-S/Non-PSE) and they installed easily (as stated in my review on their website) BUT one fell off within 3 days and was gone!! I spoke to Fabspeed about it and was told, yes, sometimes that happens. REALLY!!?? They are selling a product that they know can be defective. They then charged me "discounted rate" of $300 for buy a single new tip!! (I had purchased the carbon fibre ones.) I had no choice but to buy this and upon receipt went back to the Porsche mechanic. He identified the bolts that came with the units where weak and replaced them with higher quality bolts on both units. The difference was immediate. They were now held much more strongly in place, as the new bolts could clamp down much more solidly on the tail pipe. I will NEVER deal with Fabspeed again. They were well aware of the problems, sold the items anyway and then charged to replace them. read more
