Lasership never seems to find my address; instead, it drops my packages off in a mailroom (Proof-Of-Delivery picture). My delivery address has NO mailroom. Lasership's virtual assistant says: " Contact the shipper. The shipper says Lasership has marked your package as delivered; please get in touch with Lasership. Lasership says we will investigate. Lasership says the package has been delivered. I contact the shipper again: "Sorry, we can't help." I contacted Lasership - It's too far from the delivery to investigate. Case Closed! This company and their OnTrac delivery service is a fraud. I'm very upset the company I ordered through has chosen this worthless delivery provider. FedEx, UPS or even USPS would never do this. My package was supposed to be delivered on 12/5. I happen to check the tracking number because it was 8:30p and it's saying my address is incomplete and I need to reach out within 3 days. I go to reach out by calling and it's an Ai answering service and no way to get to live person to understand what the issue is with my address. I then go to the chat feature thinking I would get a live agent it's still Ai. It cannot tell me anything about what is needed to correct the issue. I tried many of the prompts but of course idk what it needs me to do. I finally put in directions for the delivery person and my address again and get a confirmation saying the system will send the instructions to the delivery person and also someone would get back to me in 2 days. It's Friday and after 45 minutes of my time trying to get help I expect not to hear anything until Monday. Then here it is on Sunday evening at 6:49p I get a message saying my package is out for delivery. I don't see anything around 9 so I check the tracking again and it says the same thing about needing to contact them within 3 days because my address is incomplete. ATP their delivery person works when they want and my package is probably sitting in someone's musty trunk until they feel like getting it to me. I'm highly upset. Absolutely the worst delivery service. Ordered something from Ulta which should've been delivered on 11/18. Mind you the items are either coming from the mid-west or the west coast. Gets all the way to the Hyattsville facility and gets lost. I called Lasership multiple times since 11/18 trying to figure out where it is and kept being told wait 1-2 business days, etc. The estimated delivery date part of the page would just keep getting bumped back a day, but the more detailed tracking information at the bottom didn't update from 2:30 am on the 18th until mid-afternoon on the 26th. Then apparently I get a push notification from my tracking app saying a delivery attempt had been made around 9:30pm today, but there was no knock on the door, no one rang the doorbell, package wasn't left on the porch or in the mailbox. They lied. It took over a week to get an update. The emails and calls I got all said basically give it time. I just got off of the phone with Lasership a few minutes ago and they told me they don't have control of the package or something like that, but the rep who I spoke with was confused about everything. So whether I'm waiting for the Hyattsville facility to actually deliver it or waiting on hold with the main 1-800 number reps this has been the worst experience. I begged Ulta to not ship my orders with them, but Ulta said that they supposedly cannot manually choose which carrier any order gets shipped by. That it's done automatically. The package wasn't something that needed to be signed for. It could've been left on the porch or in the mailbox. The doorbell could've been rung or the door knocked on. No actual delivery attempt was made. Avoid this company whenever possible. Already filed a BBB complaint to which they have yet to respond to either. Not delivering packages and responding to messages other than to say wait another day or so is the only thing they're good for. read more

They don't get any worse than them. I am still waiting for an item that is in their warehouse for three days and it states the order is "delayed" every day with no updates at all. Over the last 15 years, I've had various interactions with lasership. I've generally not found very good customer service out of them. Today I ran into an issue again with them and there's no way to talk to them live. I called a phone number five options. None of them allow you to go to an operator. Then you go to their website and you can enter information in there but I got an email saying that it will take at least two days before they'll answer my concern. They're having a problem, locating my house, and if they don't get the proper information, they say they'll return the item. So, by the time they read it, the item will probably already be returned. In the past years ago, they did have customer service and they also weren't very helpful there. Unlike FedEx and UPS they seem to have problems finding properties. I've lived in two different locations and more than once they couldn't find the location. They seem to hire kind of low end drivers. read more

Customer service is pure garbage and will hang up the phone on you. They will tell that they cannot connect you to a supervisor and that you will have to wait 24 hours for one to call you. This company is full of liars and thieves. My packages always get stolen whenever Nike or Adidas uses them to fulfill my orders. More recently I won a raffle for a hyped pair of sneakers. I waited all day for my shoes to be delivered after they arrived to the facility on 6/10. No movement, no out for delivery, nothing. I contact customer support (which is also the worst) and they do nothing to help me. They opened a "case" which serves absolutely no purpose in hunting down my package. Fast forward to 6/13, after days of nothing. I get an email stating that my package was delivered at 6:30pm on 6/10...which is false. I contact customer service again in which they tell me there is nothing they can do due to my package being "delivered" three days ago. At this point I am furious. I spent the remainder of this week trying to find answers, going up to the actual location and still nothing is done. To my knowledge, delivery drivers are supposed to provide a picture when your package has been delivered. I have nothing. I have had nothing but problems from this shipping company. When trying to resolve any issues they push you off to automated systems, you are never able to speak to an actual human. My packages say they were attempted to be delivers on 9/15 @ 5:58pm me & all my family were home & I have a ring device at the front door not one delivery came by. Then I was told that they needed my complete address to continue - what doesn't sit right w me is how did you attempt to deliver my packages if you didn't have my full address. Lasership is awful. The first time a company used Lasership, I had zero problems. Had no choice in the shipping partner. This time around , my package was allegedly left at the community hub in a locker. However, the driver did not leave a code to open the locker. We buy from Marley Spoon a food service company. We have advised numerous times that our delivery isn't being left at our door but at our mail box that is over 1000' away. Sometimes we go days without leaving our home so the delivery could sit there and spoil. Despite our telling them this it still gets left in the wrong place. Update: 4/22/2014 Less than a month later, I'm back to update my review and share with you my most recent experience with Lasership. I ordered a book, for final exams, through Amazon, and used prime shipping. The book was shipped using LaserShip. I had the book, like everything I order from Amazon, shipped to my office. First day, they tried to deliver after 9 p.m. Obviously, no one was still in the building. Second day, I called around 2 p.m., and the woman I spoke with first suggested that I "stay later" to allow time for the delivery. After 9 p.m.? You have to be kidding me. When I told her that wasn't possible, because the building wasn't open that late, she then told me that she would try to get the book to me before the end of the day. I'm still waiting for the book. It's still marked as out for delivery. I already contacted amazon, who I'm sure will fix the problem for me. I've also complained about using Lasership, and will continue to do so every single time I get an amazon order that goes through lasership. They are awful. Stay away! read more

Delivery supposed to arrive on Thursday the 29th, nope, then the delivery window was 30th - 1st. Nope. Then I got a message saying it was scheduled for delivery on the 2nd. Nope.
