I made another appointment with her that same day for another service she charged my card without my consent for 50% of that service which was $100 for that appointment because I changed my first appointment earlier that day to do a different service. She then immediately cancelled ALL my upcoming appointments I had scheduled with her! She said she is upset because I cancelled and rescheduled numerous previous appointments I did do this. All of the appointments were cancelled way before her 24hr cancellation policy. After I realized she cancelled my appointments I had scheduled I made numerous attempts to ask if she will refund my $100 deposit and she refuses to answer my messages. Stay away from her she very unprofessional. Change your policies if you have a problem with people canceling or rescheduling before the 24hrs policy. I will be contacting my bank for fraudulent charges being charged to my account. Her policy states she has a 24 hr cancellation or she will charge you 50% for canceling. Do not book with her!!

I was there for a spray tan requested by the bride of the wedding I was to be in. Big mistake! Michelle sprayed me herself all along while I directed her where she was missing and where there were lines. The entire time she said "don't worry" "you be fine". NOT FINE. The next day after I followed all her instructions for showering I looked like I had been playing in a muddy creek. Streaked, stained, uneven and not the color she promised me. I went to her shop the next day to show her, but she very rudely told me no refunds, no way, not never. That it looked fine. In the meantime my friends and family members agreed with me that the spray tan was not fine. They even told me I looked dirty on my legs and arms. I would never trust her to perform any treatments on me again especially considering if she screws up I'm getting doubly screwed. Hashtag bad business
