The staff is super-super friendly, warm, and professional. The receptionist was very accommodating, the X-ray tech was friendly and meticulous, and the hygienist was likewise thorough and sociable. The equipment seems like the latest technology. As Christina D. mentions, the dental chairs have massaging backs (a pleasant surprise). Dr. Keider also used a laser imaging tool on my molars to see if there were any crevices that could harbor bacteria out of sight. They offer bottled water and sodas in the waiting area, and have a whole little refreshment section. The goodie bag was chock full, too, which, though unnecessary, is much appreciated by a tooth-obsessive like me. Toothbrush, toothpaste, Listerine, dental floss, dental picks - it's like a miniature drugstore! But the best things I can say are about Dr. Keider himself. His exam was very thorough. He checked my TMJ, lymph nodes, thyroid, and tongue in addition to my teeth. He told me exactly what he was doing during the examination, and genuinely and thoroughly answered all my questions. As Christine mentioned, no one tried to sell me anything; he basically said that my teeth look great and there wasn't anything he'd want to do to them. (They didn't even try to get me to do teeth whitening, which I know they offer, and which is practically requisite in dental practices. I appreciated that.) The only little picky complaints I'd have, aside from the booking error, would be that having Fox "News" playing in the waiting area was a real turnoff and that the hours of operation are pretty limited. (However, he's there at 7:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, so it's easy to get an appointment outside normal business hours.) I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Keider took X-rays, examined all my teeth and came up with two plans, the most affordable and the one that was as expensive as my car. It all came down to needing five root canals in additions to the missing smile teeth. I had to go with the least expensive options with possibility of implants in the future. Even though I chose the least expensive option, I was treated no differently. I explained my cPTSD and every effort was made to accommodate me. Apparently, everything is easy with nitrous oxide (great stuff!) It's taken a few months, extractions, fillings and a gentle cleaning but I am smiling again. I have two partials but my husband can't tell the 'new' teeth from my own -they are perfectly matched! It's a great comfort knowing that I can strike dental fear out of my life. I went for the same day denture.The dentures do not fit and was made poorly by Someone in training. After surgery I had major problems. The prescription they gave me, they a marked stuff out on it and wrote on it. No pharmacy would take it. My sister had to take the prescriptions up there twice to get them fixed. The medicine that gave me I could not even take. The pain Medicine I was allergic to. I'll call back up there several times For several days. 7 days. I was told the clinical staff would give me a call back. No One ever called me back until seven days later When I mention getting an attorney. Diaz calls me back from her cell trying to cover he butt. She even offered me free inplants. The girls that answered the phone was so rude.One phone call the girl said.What do you need. They did not return my calls. How can you do surgery on somebody and don't even answer their calls or call them back. I had to go to the er twice and my doctor's office once. I went to the er that thursday and that friday. they had to give me a pain shot and a steroid shot because I was swollen and it was so bad. Right now I had to go to my Doctor to get some antibiotics because there's an infection in my mouth because of where she left these pieces in there. I don't think nobody at this place really cares about anything.How can you lay somebody like this knowing how yall left me? If I knew this dennist was like this I would never went to them. Everybody I talk to has nothing good to say about this dental office. I was out of work seven days and in pain waiting for these people to call me back. The first 2. My warranty was 6 months so its nothing I can do but pay another dentist to redo my front tooth because im tired of looking like the old school cartoon, The Littles. If his staff would have done their job Dr. Kelly would have made sure i was good. In November 2023, my jaw was hanging due to infection at the bottom. I sent a picture and asked about an appointment for an antibiotic. I reseached out a second time, still nothing.
