I give this lash location a 5/5…read more Although I experienced some burning during my lash application and some fallen lashes a few hours later as a result, my lash tech, Mandy, was more than willing to accommodate me by allowing me to come in the next day for a refill (free of charge). Besides that, the environment is truly "cozy"! I felt completely relaxed both times that I was being serviced and even fell asleep (which is not something I usually do). I only gave this place a chance because it's close to my job, but convenience clearly does not equal quality. I would rather drive all the way to Bayside and pay the exact same Groupon price for lashes that are actually done correctly than waste my money here again.

On numerous appointments especially early on I even showed her images of the brow shape I wanted. Fast forward months later and the price increasing numerous times (I think it went from $15 to $30?) (which I didn't mind because I was committed to having my brows be that shape and knew I needed a professional to do so), I complained for the first time in those two years that my brows weren't at the shape I had wanted them to be, in fact, they were progressively getting more arched and thinner, which I didn't want. I even showed her pictures of me from before when I started and how my brows were much more arched now. Even though I was very patient and this was the first time I had any criticism in those two years, she was very rude about it. In fact, she even said, "oh you were looking for that type of brow, I thought you meant something else". Again, I understand how she could forget despite me even showing her images of the brow shape I wanted, but it would've been nice if she could ask me to clarify at the beginning of my appointments if she was unsure. And knowing this, that she was doing a completely different shape on me than what I asked for this whole time, she still responded very rudely. I guess she was having a bad day that day idk, because she was dropping things a few times that day and was running late as well. However, it was still very rude to treat a customer like that over something that is very obviously an error on her part. I think she said something like, "maybe I'm not the one who can do this shape for you", which she could've told me months ago when I first came in. And I was showing her pictures to show her my eyebrows looked better before compared to now, and she was in denial. Like if you know you were doing something completely different than what the customer asked you, and the customer is saying "I'm not seeing the shape I asked for", for her to be so dismissive and rude about it makes no sense. Anyways, it just sucks I was wasting my money this entire time and driving 40 minutes to and from every appointment, as she was trying to make my eyebrows more arched instead of less arched lol.
