I made my appointment via the website and asked for a consultation and a facial with dermaplaning. Brandy, the owner, came highly recommended and happens to be high demand. (I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment, but it was worth it.) She greeted me at the door when I arrived and offered me a drink and then I filled out the forms (since I was new). We then went back to the room for the consultation. She was very thorough and we talked about skin care, what I do for my skin and what I expected from her and the treatment. She was extremely professional, yet personable. The place is gorgeous and smells fantastic. The bed was heated and very comfy. Brandy was incredibly gentle, and even when she did the dermaplaning, I never felt any unease or pain. At the end, my face was smoother and cleaner than it has felt in years - with absolutely no redness at all.
