They give you gown, towels and other items you need to shower and freshen up to step out. All you need is your swimsuit and personal items. Place is clean and quiet. Not a lot of people. Shangri-La imposed arbitrary rules, demanded ID, and refused any solutions, even though we were legally in the right. To make it worse, Carrie was rude, offered zero empathy, and made no effort to help. When we spoke to the owner, we were mocked, cut off, and dismissed, with the owner even claiming to be a lawyer. This entire ordeal caused real emotional, mental, and physical stress. It's heartbreaking that such a large sum, meant to be a meaningful experience, is now unusable due to unjust treatment. I strongly urge them to be reasonable instead of such deviant beings.
