The owner and technician knows her stuff. I've tried the lash tint, brow tint and lash perm. I felt a little weird with how different I looked afterwards. It was probably an objectively better look for me though. I didn't have to wear mascara for like, a week. It was awesome. The next time I went, I just did the lash perm. It lasted a long time and I loved it at first, but I started sleeping on my stomach and did something to my lashes that made them behave terribly with mascara on one eye. It went away once they grew out. I was overseas, otherwise I would have gotten in touch with the business for help if I was in town. The owner is super nice and professional which, for me, is a necessity for a cosmetic eye procedure. She is an expert at what she does, which made me comfortable under her care and happy to return here when I need this service again. On top of doing a great job, this place is also pretty affordable option for folks like me who can't use eyelash curlers for whatever reason. Jenny is amazingly talented; her lash extensions are gorgeous! I appreciate Jenny's versatility and that she is such a perfectionist - she will give you exactly the look you desire, from long, thick, and dramatic to a shorter natural, matte - or anything in between. Jenny has been doing my lashes regularly since May 2014 and I love, love, love them (I am so completely addicted!) Now I always feel glamorous, even without makeup. Generally I go with relatively short, matte black lashes that have a soft, natural appearance, unless I have a special event then I go a bit longer with the outer ones and have her fill them all in. She also does a beautiful job shaping my brows. Jenny is very sweet, has a gentle touch, and she does not have a need to fill the hour with idle chatter, so it's easy to just relax and drift off if you prefer.
