I asked for an acrylic set for my toes and a pedicure, a service I routinely enjoy and am fully aware of the cost for. Upon arrival, I was met with rudeness and questioned about my choice of service, with the nail technician repeatedly asking if I was "sure" because it was "a lot of money." This was incredibly off-putting and made me feel judged, as if they assumed I couldn't afford a service I genuinely enjoy and habitually get. It wasn't until I was on the phone with my boyfriend, expressing my frustration about being treated as though I couldn't pay, that their attitude subtly shifted. The pedicure felt rushed, and despite my interest in adding on premium services, none were offered. I wanted to treat myself to more, but the initial unwelcoming vibe and the speed of the service made me feel like an inconvenience. While I can genuinely say the actual nail work was well done, the overall experience was severely overshadowed by the poor customer service and unprofessional treatment. It's a shame, because I would have been a returning client and would have gladly spent more on additional services if I had felt welcomed and respected. Given the unfortunate political affiliations displayed in the salon, combined with the poor treatment, I definitely will not be returning. There are plenty of other salons where customers are treated with dignity regardless of their chosen services or perceived spending limit.

Two days after my appointment, one of my nails completely fell off, so I had to go back to have it fixed & all the glue is coming out the top. Now, just a few days later, another nail has chipped, and another one is cracked and lifting because it wasn't glued on properly. For how expensive this service was, I expected my nails to last much longer than a few days. Instead, I've already had to make an extra trip back, and they're still falling apart. Looking at them now, it's obvious the application wasn't done well. I paid premium prices for what feels like cheap-quality work, and that's incredibly frustrating. When I initially left my appointment I was told she used too small of a "guard" for my length lashes but in the following week they never relaxed as promised and began to fall out more than normal. Within the first few days my eyelashes began going different directions. It's been six weeks and I'm still not able to wear mascara because my eyelashes are going every direction. (I've had over a dozen eyelash lifts in the past years elsewhere and never had this happen) I also had an eyebrow wax and was slightly burnt. I had a burn mark that lasted 3 days :/
